  1. Gee wizz.

We have Quickstrike to deliver a 2,000-pound bomb. The Russians have Kanyon to deliver a multi-megaton nuke,

    I weep for our civilization…

    1. “The Russians have Kanyon to deliver a multi-megaton nuke,”

In spite of their multi-megaton stuff they still had to pull out of Eastern Europe and Central Asia and Afghanistan and Mongolia.

  2. I like it. Air dropped mines to close the ports of Vancouver and Montreal. They break the law to get what they want, only the desire to lose holds us back.

    1. I always said the feds could’ve forced BC to straighten up and fly right. Mining the sea lanes would be dangerous overkill. As a couple of examples, as the ports of entry to Canada are under federal control, simply doing things like decertifying YVR and other BC airports, or pulling out all the CBSA agents except for a single five-agent shift each day at the port, would have had them weeping and pleading in under three days. If you wanted the more-forcible route, interdicting all seaway traffic with RCN and Coast Guard vessels would eventually have the effect of diverting maritime traffic outside Vancouver Island. Remove the certification for all their ferries.

There were always weapons to use, but there was never will or desire to use them. This made it readily apparent that there would be no good outcome for the Transmountain project. Or for anything that conflicts with the eastern desire to subjugate or destroy western Canada.
