      Do a protest, and hold up THOSE SIGNS. MAKE THOSE CHANTS. They get to live up to their own rules. Bram it down their throats, when they poop it out, pick it up and cram it down again. And again. And again. GIVE THEM THE WORLD THEY WANTED. Give them the mob justice they desire.

      Women and children are … identical … in that they are perfect, and would NEVER lie about men abusing them sexually. They CAN’T lie … because ALL men are sexual abusers because of their front-appendage. Only men who … transition … by lopping-off the offending appendage can be trusted.

  4. I agree with “The penalty for making a false accusation of sexual assault should be identical to the penalty for committing a sexual assault.” Plus, there should also be a financial penalty for the false accuser and those that enabled the accusation.

Scott Moe simply represents the generic NPC politician here, a name you would recognize on a Sask blog; always saying they care, talking a lot, making speeches, writing strongly worded letters, never actually helping in any way, never taking an action. Only thinking about how to get more votes, spend more, tax more, grow government while looking like they are not.

      1. Meili is also, just another NPC politician. We might have a chance in Canada if we pushed Max to the top of the dog pile, he is the only one country wide who looks any different from 99% of the politicians I have seen worldwide in my lifetime.

        When your only choices are NPCs, there is no point voting, cause it does not matter who gets the title; nothing changes.

        1. To a large extent I agree with you Kevin. It would however be a mistake to believe nothing is changing under our present Liberal government. In my opinion it just isn’t changing to the better. For one thing it appears that anyone entering our country will be put on the voting list .It also appears Trudea may be on the path to totally seeding control of immigration to the U. N. Our choice in the next election is deciding if Max can gain support to alter this course or if the Sheer who certainly I don’t expect to change things may pause them . I am not sure we will be in a position to recover from 5 more years of the present government. I say this as someone totally disgusted by the lack of any backbone by the present Conservatives. And possibly we will be left with end of the Country as the only viable alternative.

      John Paul II (possibly did more for the world than any other Catholic ever).

      Don’t know yet, a little too soon to tell really on Trump, although he looks promising. This is the kind of thing you can only see when looking back. It was a perfect storm of leaders, events, zeitgeist that brought the Berlin wall down, the end of cold war 1. Soros Clinton and Ickes are trying to get the opposite perfect storm going with their machinations.

      Just too soon to tell on Ford, Bolsonaro, and the other members of this current wave. We MAY get a repeat of the perfect storm of Reagan, Thatcher, Pope JP 2, Gorbachev, … There may be enough sane people in the world to elect more people who simply pull the pin on the grenade and throw it.

      Is the zeitgeist of today socialism, or antifa? Only time will tell, and only that will decide if we all die in a gulag or not.

      1. It seems a stretch to hold the parents liable unless they were directly complicit in the conspiracy to destroy this boy. Although there may be principles in the law that hold parents responsible for the actions of their minor children (like having to pay for a broken window their child caused with an errant BB gun).

        If … these parents were involved, then I dearly hope they LOSE everything. Get stripped of everything they own and sent to jail. If nothing else, I hope their attorney’s fees blow through every dime and asset they own.

  5. This sort of thing – the believe the victim automatically, the guilty before proven innocent – is very dangerous. A man’s life could be ruined before things get to trial (and it has). The process is the punishment and the court system can find it advantageous to find a man guilty to advance a political agenda (and it has – Lacrosse case). So. No presumption of innocence, no due process, no equal justice. If a man faces his destruction, the loss of his job and everything he worked for, with no hope of justice, he might get desperate and do something… desperate.

      1. Back in the day, whenever an offspring complained about a classmate’s behaviour, my instant response was to say “and what did YOU do to provoke it?”. Occasionally there were real issues to be resolved, but I found my approach worked well; I knew enough about the offsprings that I figured they were quite capable of provoking their classmates.

  10. What is the current definition of “Sexual Assault”? If a woman receives catcalls while walking by a construction site, was she sexually assaulted? A victim? A survivor? If so, “guilty, your honor.”

  11. False accusations AND perjury should both carry the same penalty as the crime being falsely claimed or tried in court. Every one of those bitches who backed up the story should be locked up.

    And for all the fempcs out there that will claim it deters reporting, the same standards of evidence for a conviction would apply in the trial for making false claims as would apply in the trial for what was falsely claimed.

    Should also be some sort of consequence for prosecutors who knowingly pursue false allegations just because it is an easy conviction. Maybe they should also face the same penalty.

    Because people lie. That’s why due process is kind of important, something the fascists think they can dole out to the favoured few in the their prescribed identities, at least before some and then many of them fall out of favour with the elitist executioners.

    1. Due process is often disregarded in academe.

      If an administrator wants someone to be fired, and there’s no legal grounds for doing so, that administrator can simply convene an unofficial tribunal. Because it’s not an official legal investigation, legal procedures may not necessarily be followed in such circumstances, so rules of evidence likely won’t apply, either.

      The person in question might not be allowed to know the details of his or her transgressions. (I was once told that the reason for that was for the “safety” of the other party, particularly if it’s a student.) If the accused offers a defence, that can be disregarded at the discretion of the convening authority.

      Yes, it’s a kangaroo court, where the outcome is already decided. The proceedings are followed merely for the sake of having done so. Dr. Ken Westhues wrote extensively about this kind of nonsense:

    I believe men sent to jail for sex crimes they clearly did not commit when they report being raped in prison with the full knowledge of the guards. They have nothing to gain from lying—least of all the sympathy of the sisterhood, who cry with laughter at the thought of their ex-husbands being savagely buggered by every black stallion on the inside.
