    1. Defamation suit, cut the BS, clear malice on the creepy porn lawyer’s part, who has said he would like to run for POTUS.

      Even the accuser doubts she’s “credible;”it took her a week to re-remember all the “details,” for which even the NYT, an anti-Trump rag (despite working both sides, exposing Hillary’s email scandal and the latest article on the alleged bugger Rosenstein), wouldn’t touch for complete lack of corroboration, for the reasons as outlined above, rather than pursuing journalistic integrity.

      The article in spot on about how DeMarxists have used the courts, replete with their supporters installed, rather than their unpalatable policies to further their totalitarian tendencies.

      They must know Kavanagh, as the swing vote in the SC, is even more dangerous to their power usurpation than Trump is.

As the 1920’s farm peasants carried irredeemable anti-progressive myths so to the Kavanoughs, and his class of capitalist officers, their children, and institutions.   3. Progressives invented the concept of “totalitarianism”. They thought it was a good thing. Still do only the word has taken on a pejorative meaning. So without changing what they want, they merely call it something else. Democratic Socialism!

    1. Progressives employ the totalitarian elements of fascism and communism, both degrade the individual in favour of the authoritarian state. They are all collectivists on slow burn, but always turn up the heat.

      Both employ identity politics to concoct utgroups (Jews, capitalists, old-white men) who are denied due process or even a place in the collective, who instead are a danger to their totalitarian tenets.

      Left/right has no relevance since both ideologies are totalitarian. The only difference is the outgroup they seek to destroy.

      Mussolini, a self-described fascist, clearly shows there is little daylight between communism and fascism:

      “The Fascist State organizes the nation, but leaves a sufficient margin of liberty to the individual; the latter is deprived of all useless and possibly harmful freedom, but retains what is essential; the deciding power in this question cannot be the individual, but the State alone…. ”

      Rights and privileges in society, in keeping with collectivism, assigned by race or some other identity, so no individual rights whatsoever (actually harmful in their view), where allegiance is to the state and by extension the party. Sound familiar?

      That’s where American is headed with its selective justice based on ethnicity, political affiliation and perceived danger to the hegemonic authority of the state, its party and leader. Talk of Trump as a fascist is therefore pure projection.

  4. I’m listening right now to a recent archived edition of Michael Savage’s radio show The Savage Nation.

    One comment he brought up is that Kavanaugh is a serving judge and had to be vetted in order to be appointed to his position. He got the job about 15 years ago. Why wasn’t the incident in question brought up back then?

      1. In that same podcast, Savage also suggested that outfits like Planned Parenthood are really the ones behind the attacks on Kavanaugh.

        They’re afraid that he’ll push for the repeal of Roe v. Wade. Ford, who was associated with a pharmaceutical company that manufactured contraceptives or something similar, would, therefore, be the perfect foil for him in the hearings. They’re afraid that they might lose the easy money that comes with their business, particularly after what Project Veritas revealed about it.

      2. The Judge was also Mitt Romney’s choice for a nomination to the SCOTUS. They probably had nothing on him so they kept checking to see whether anything new popped up. That, in and of itself, is a clue, if nothing else.

        They want to avoid a 5th Republican vote in the SCOTUS for the reasons B A Rupertslander @ 2:34 pm stated below. This smear campaign will affect the mid term election, according to Rush Limbaugh today.

  5. Maybe one of the brothers from Kavanaugh’s secretive Yale club will confess to the unprovable drunken accusation from over 35 years ago. A vague, unfalsifiable confession in response to a vague, unfalsifiable accusation. “I was a young, stupid and drunk 18 yo and I remember that dorm party with Ramirez but like her I’m not sure of the date. Kavanaugh was definitely not there and she was mistaken about some details. No one exposed themselves. It was the plastic penis, as reported, that I put near her face. I’m ashamed, sincerely regret, please accept my apology, blah, blah, blah.”

  6. This crap will go on as long as there are people who can be bought,by either money or promises of other rewards.Eventually, every member of Kavanaugh’s class who leans left/Dem will be approached by the agents of Soros/DNC.

    The Republicans, it seems are not familiar with guerilla warfare and stand about like a flock of stunned sheep while the wolf pack circles. But then many of them are RINOs in agreement with the Democrats.

    Not won at the ballot box (nor in the halls of Science). I don’t really care about abortion, as I don’t have a uterus; real, imagined, or surgically facsimilated. Is it legalized murder? Yep. But that’s impossible to argue in a society decayed by a rejection of God. A society that treats LIFE as a random jumble of chemicals. But every single MAJOR decision affecting our daily life has been engineered through the courts … esp. the High Court. The left don’t need to … win the hearts and minds of the population … when they can just steamroller the US Constitution with a politically STACKED judiciary. Checks and balances are destroyed by their thumb on the scale. Time to go full jihadist on the left … and amputate their thumbs.
