  2. 17 years after 9/11 there is a mosque about two miles from where I live on a beautiful piece of real estate in the downtown of the city I live in, overlooking our war memorial, which now has an added memorial to the local boys who died in Afghanistan. There is an Islamic school about 4 miles away, and I see women in Darth Vader outfits walking around town every time I leave home. 9/11 was the date that we surrendered to the people we have been at war with for 1400 years.

  5. We really don’t know what happened. And then this was used as an excuse to invade Iraq and Afghanistan and kill hundreds of thousands more. None of it makes any sense. None of it. And anyone who dares ask any question that might even slightly hint at twisting the narrative posed by the state is immediately branded a “conspiracy theorist”.

The Taliban had Afghanistan under control and were eliminating poppy fields and Saddam had Iraq unified and stable. Now why would anyone want to destabilize that? Are there any small countries in the area that need to keep the middle east in turmoil for there own security? The truth will come out one day about who was really involved in 9/11.

      Let me say that the FIRST thing I told my wife after those buildings were sliced open and set afire by those jumbo jets … was that the buildings were going to collapse. To evacuate the entire area … pronto!

      I know structural engineering, I know Type-I steel structures, I know high rise fireproofing, and building codes. I know the UL Handbook of tested-rated fire assemblies. I know the elastic limits of heated steel. I knew (a little) about the VERY unique structural system of the WTC. Get OUT now! I shouted at the TV screen. Had I known (more) about the unique structural system of the WTC … I would have screamed at the FDNY to get the hell out too. Just leave.

    2. Happy Birthday to you both. A family member also has a birthday today and it is a solemn day for us. The company my husband worked for lost 176 colleagues in the South Tower. I will NEVER forget.

    1. I was skeptical when I heard the “it was that video” excuse. Someone had posted segments of it on YouTube and I watched it, thinking: “They burned down an embassy over that?”

      The fact remains that the BHO government didn’t do its job and good people died for it. Worse is that it didn’t accept responsibility. JFK at least had the integrity to accept blame for the Bay of Pigs fiasco.

        1. Many people were evacuated from the Embassy without explanation prior to the attack. One spoke to the Press on FNC and said he was worried because security was practically non existent. We did not get the whole story. We never will now.

    2. I haven’t forgotten, and know exactly who was responsible. A big friend of the Muslim Brotherhood.

  12. That I will also never forget, or forgive. Those traitors in the highest levels of government all deserve to be hung from a lamppost in the Mall, after a fair trial of course. I firmly believe it is the hiding of information about what really happened in this, and other incidents that is driving the deep state (the Left, the Media and the never-Trumpers, but I repeat myself) to get an outsider removed from office which was given to him by the people.

  17. I remember watching with disbelief as the planes hit the 2 towers thinking this was finally war with islam as the attacks were defined as to the perpetrators. This attack, please excuse me for saying this, was brilliant in its simplicity, cheapness and incredible results in lives and treasure. We are so lucky that this type of attack has not happened again in our target rich environment where we can not criticize islam or muslims let alone prohibit them entering our civilization. Imagine a gas truck set off with a bomb in Toronto’s financial sector.

    In 1961, according to Census Canada, there were 5,800 muslims here, now there are over 1.03 million. From 2010 to 2030, the general population of Canada is expected to increase by 18%. However, according the Pew Forum survey The Future of the Global Muslim Population (p. 142), during that same time period the Muslim population of Canada will increase by 183 percent — i.e., 10 times faster than the general population. I think maybe the word is out across Europe and North America that muslims will take us over through our leftist politicians and islamic demographics so no major attacks are needed.

    That guy has a Croatian surname, with origins in Virovitica County. As you know, with the break-up of Yugoslavia, Croatia, along with Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Serbia became a hotbed of Islamic terrorism. It would be NO stretch of the imagination to conceive that he was radicalized. The average person on the street doesn’t usually connect Islamic terrorism from the Baltic region, so this won’t be on most people’s radar. The police here are already saying the matter has been dealt with and that is pretty much the end of it, on the anniversay of 9/11. What fools.

    I doubt this will play much on the national news scene, but it should. Where else but a place that will be least expected, in a small, sleepy Northern Ontario mining city. Its chilling also because he had two childeen, a five year old and a one year old sharing the same apartment where be was assembling his bombs.
