Saskatoonians will soon be complaining about how hot it is to wear Level III ballistic/stab proof vests,
much as Vancouverites complain about carrying umbrellas.

Your basement is cooler for the summer. Just order from Amazon. Shopping/walking is just so 20th Century.

    1. An expensive, high performance death trap. Just the thing to give your 18 year old. Tesla uses its safety as a selling point. I don’t think “You’ll survive the crash but you won’t walk away” is a good catchphrase.

“Harper Shows Support For Trump’s Iran Decision In Full-Page NYT Ad

OTTAWA — Former prime minister Stephen Harper’s name appeared on a full-page ad in the New York Times Wednesday, supporting President Donald Trump’s decision to pull the United States out of the Iran nuclear deal.

The ad, titled “Mr. President, you are right about Iran,” appeared in the A section of the newspaper, one day after Trump’s announcement.

“Iran is a danger to us, to our allies, to freedom,” it reads. “It oppresses its own citizens with whom neither we nor you have any quarrel; it exports an extremist Islamist ideology which makes it a particular threat to the Middle East region.””

  4. The real Russian collusion.

Recently, a congressional committee released a shocking report detailing Russian funding of U.S. environmental groups. It says Russian money was used to fund the protests of fracking and other pro-energy endeavors such as the Keystone XL pipeline.

Rep. Lamar Smith, chairman of the committee, investigated and exposed the shadowy Bermuda-based shell companies that operate as “pass through” organizations for Russian funds.

IRS records reveal these shell companies have contributed tens of millions to an organization called the “Sea Change Foundation” – a U.S. nonprofit.

The Sea Change Foundation reported to the IRS that it distributes more than $40 million in grants each year to the “usual suspects” on the environmental left:

    Natural Resources Defense Council
    Sierra Club Foundation
League of Conservation Voters Education Fund
    Tides Foundation
    Union of Concerned Scientists
    World Wildlife Fund

Just one of the organizations funding the anti-resource development movement in Canada, including our federal, some provincial, and many municipal governments.

  5. Personally, I think she’s faking it, again.

Stormy Daniels to Baldwin’s Trump: ‘Storm’s a coming, baby’

NEW YORK — Stormy Daniels made a surprise appearance on “Saturday Night Live” to deliver a message to President Donald Trump: “A storm’s a coming, baby.”

The porn actress, who says she had a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006 and was paid $130,000 the month before he was elected to stay silent about it, delivered the warning to Alec Baldwin’s Donald Trump in the show’s opening skit.”

Note to her lawyer, prepare for a second career as you just walked into a disbarment with your “disclosure.”

Anyway they’re all liars who could never be expected to keep their word.

Oh, but Trump’s the “liar” (aka saying what others have decided on meaning).

    1. I am sure she is doing it for the attention. People should reject having the political sphere trivialized in this way.

CBC gets its experts to tell us how the “Three Percenters” are hate-filled, armed and dangerous. News to me. But it seems that Antifa members get a free ride while they cover their faces and identities, use violence and weapons and attack anyone and everyone who doesn’t agree and have been doing so for years/decades.

    1. Liberals are threatened by Harper. He makes them look very shallow, and of course they are. Harper’s views are always thoughtful, and I felt he was right about 95% of the time. Canada made a huge mistake getting rid of such a capable PM.
