Trudeau is now nothing less than an international joke. When you even have loyal liberals like Dosanjh publicly pissed at you, you have gone way too far. And who could blame Dosanjh, since Atwal allegedly once tried to beat him to death, what an incredible slap in the face. I’ve been talking to lots of people about Trudeau’s fiasco of a trip to India. Many who were hardcore Shiny Pony fans now are seeing the light. The main problem seems to be that they see no alternative, other than going further left, because of the nasty anti-conservative rhetoric they have been spoon-fed for years, now. Almost nobody knows who the hell Scheer even is. I see very little hope for the CPC until they find a way to eliminate the media stranglehold on news AND opinion in this country.
To that end, if Scheer had the balls, he would go all out and publicly endorse, schmooze, support and enable Donald Trump. The ONLY press that Conservatives in Canada are going to get is negative, so face reality and get all the ‘negative coverage’ you can. It worked for Trump, they spent a fraction of Hilary’s budget yet basically slaughtered her outside of Cal and NY.
That’s probably why Zucker has such an irrational hate-on for Trump now…. it’s eating him alive knowing that his own network’s coverage helped get Trump elected. Ha!

As someone who would never vote for him I recognized his incompetence years ago but now even the Tonight Show was making fun of him. Even as the host was saying what a cool dude he was the show was lambasting him suggesting that he go to Italy dressed as Super Trudeauio (aka Mario from the Nintendo game).

This morning CTV tried to walk back the comments made by Atwal.
They said in a new interview Atwal said he was not a friend of Trudeau and the 2 had little to no contact.

The money and power behind the LPC cares only for winning, and Trudeau and Butts are tolerated only as long as they are useful. If Jr becomes a total laughing stock moves could be made to replace him; after all the party has had 6 leaders already this century. Hard to believe now but they passed on Marc Garneau among others for him. It might not happen overnight, but not many Liberals see this spectacle in a positive light.
