  1. This corruption, this horror, is only believable in the context of a serious effort to destroy the mores, culture and morals of the West. It has absolutely nothing to do with rehabilitation or punishment. It should be described as emotional and ultimately physical abuse. This is truly evil.

  2. This isn’t going to end well.
How long before something goes wrong and the matter ends up in court? How much will be paid as compensation because of his decision?
Does Canada’s answer to Solomon the Wise ever consider the consequences?

  3. Consequences are racist because it is 2018!
(slaps forehead) Of course! How could I forget that? And I bet they’re also sexist and *phobic as well. (Substitute whichever cause, ideology, or butt-hurt group for “*”.)

  4. So where did the Warren Kinsella story about a “very powerful man” go? It looked like something was about to break and then….crickets.

  5. I think something was there, but they managed to protect their boy. We know the news media is happy to run cover for him.

  6. According to Charles Adler last night, a police investigation (in 2015) of Dykstra
was insufficient, and by implication, evidence of Stephen Harper’s ineptitude.
How was that guy ever on the Sun News Network, I no longer believe he has ever
voted conservative, just try and listen to his show.

  7. North Korea a literal shit hole.
“Even Party officials put to work in North Korea’s manure marathon”
    http://www.dailynk.com/english/read.php?num=14976&cataId=nk01500
“Everyone has been ordered to produce 100 kilograms of manure a day, including cadres from the party, the administrative agencies, and the state judicial agencies. Units from the upper echelon organizations have been told to thoroughly control their workers,” the source explained.

  9. Charles Addled is not a conservative, he just played one on TV. He has Kinsella on his show every Thursday. That’s all you need to know. They spend half-an-hour every week bashing Trump.

  10. MAGA:
“Before Clinton ran against Trump, she was considered a cautious Democratic politician, albeit with a dubious ethical record.
Yet after she tangled with Trump, she seems to be suffering mysterious after-effects. Call it radiation sickness from Trump’s toxic gamma rays.”
    …-
    “Radioactive Trump
    by Victor Davis Hanson”
“Translated, that means orthodox politicians often lose when they try dueling with the unorthodox Trump on his terms—and then, making matters worse, they end up doubling down with more emotional heat.
Early on during the Republican primary, a conventional wisdom developed in the media and within political circles that it was suicidal to engage in ad hominem exchanges with Trump. The mainstream media meant that assessment as no compliment to Trump.
Journalists sneered that the showboating Trump had fourteen years of experience in repartee and ad hoc invective on his reality television hit show The Apprentice.
They also conceded that Trump had long ago learned that, in the dog-eat-dog world of New York real estate, and in the nasty gossip of Manhattan’s celebrity scene, going on the preemptive offensive is a deterrence strategy, crude or not.
In such a landscape, gentlemanly forbearance was not interpreted as magnanimity to be appreciated but as weakness to be exploited.”

  11. Absolutely.
When Adler was a regular in my market, he only ever seemed to interview little old ladies with heartwarming stories and his journalist peers. Kinsella has been a long-time buddy of his, you don’t hang with these people full-time without becoming tainted yourself.
    Exceptional radio voice, though.

  12. Sure, the media, but the real question is more along the lines of “How big of a cheque did GMMyButts write to keep the manure from sticking to the ass of his Shiny Pony?”

  13. I bought a box of beer yesterday at my local Sask Liquor Board Store.
2 other guys were ahead of me doing the same. The cashier said “Ive got some bad news fellas, on Sunday the price is going up 10%.”
I asked him if it was a new sin tax.
“Nope the breweries have gotten together and ALL beer prices are going up 10%.”
This is collusion, like the bread companies did. Price fixing is Illegal.
Welcome to the new Kanada. The breweries are emboldened by the Canada Breads and Westons of the world AND THE LACK OF RESPONSE BY YHE LIBERAL GOVT.
Im going back today to buy another box but I’m going to take pictures of the prices and compare at a later date.
This is at a Sask liquor board store.
Im wondering if Sobeys or private stores are doing the same and if its only happening in Saskatchewan.

  14. “it all points to the Left”.
    …-
“WATERGATE X1000: What The MSM Is Hoping YOU Ignore About FISA MEMO Is More Than Dangerous, It’s TERRIFYING”
“This is blatant and rampant government corruption and it all points to the Left, it spells out to the American public what many in right-leaning media have been saying for two years now. It is a MAJOR victory, but it’s bittersweet.”
“With the release of the memo, we finally have proof that, without a shadow of a doubt, the Clinton machine, powered by the Obama Adadministration,
using the DNC as its main appendage, funded the creation of a false dossier,
that they simultaneously leaked to the press and sold to the FBI, and then pressured top government employees to turn that into a FISA warrant, and more broadly into what the MSM refers to as the “Russia Investigation”.”

  15. Like many of the mediots, Adler bases his deepest personal convictions on the editorial policy of his employer. He was a long time talk show host on Corus radio, and after a leftward shift of programming, he was banished for a while before coming back as a verified never trump lefty.
For further examples, just take a look at Michael Coren, also formerly of Sun News. Compare the timelines shown in his career to those in his religious views.
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Coren#Religious_views
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Coren#Life_and_career
Keep in mind that the wiki has some things in the wrong order, and leaves out a few. He lost his jobs with Sun when the network folded and the papers were sold to Postmedia. That is when he disappeared long enough to become an Anglican socialist and reemerge writing columns for the far left Toronto Star.
Also from the wiki: Coren took exception to being labelled a “literary prostitute” during a 1994 interview.
    Presstitutes all of them.
If I ever have the misfortune of listening to Adler again, and I hear him tell that story of his parents risking everything to flee Hungary with him as a babe in swaddling clothing, and coming to Canada so that he could be free and have a better life and how much he loves Canada and freedom and blablabla I am going to puke.

  16. If you don’t think the Saskatchewan Goverment stores are involved in institutionalized price fixing at all their stores just like the dairy and poultry industry, you might be a liberal.

  17. After 30+ years in radio Adler quit CJOB/Corus found a woman and moved to BC.
Most employees parrot the beliefs of their employer. Terrestrial radio demands you follow the editorial policy. They are trying to appeal to a certain audience and sell advertising to them. If your opinions are not perfectly sympatico with the station go work at the competition.
Adler’s national radio show required a 25 hour work day. He’d had enough. His show was highly rated. He quit on top.
His new evening show holds little appeal for me. It is not designed for a prime time audience. It’s more like a radio version of The View.
As for Coren, he’s always had a flexible religious philosophy. I thought he was at the peak of his career when he penned a gossip column under the heading ‘Asthete’ for the satirical rag Frank Magazine back in the ’80’s. He was hilarious. There is a book of his collected Frank columns.

  18. Maybe millions were extracted from a certain Trust Fund at the last minute.
Anyone seen Miss Sophie in public lately? Haha Nothing like staying for the money…….

  19. Bongo punted a sr advisor out of the PMO for inappropriate behaviour. Suspended since November Claude Eric Gagne took the high jump Jan.29 following an investigation.
Maybe this was the ‘highly anticipated’ figure close to bongo who was alleged to have fallen prey to #me too?
    #not me…. abtrapper

  20. Adler just shows that he is just another media hack, that will put forth the party line of WHO is paying him.
Yes, he sounds just like another Trudeau fluffer.
Maybe it’s the old strategy of being controversial, to stimulate ratings. Problem is, much of talk radio in Canaduh! Is dead. It’s all Leftwing pablum.

  21. I don’t think so. Kinsella indicated that the perp was very, very big (as in important) and people would be flabbergasted. I am pretty sure he was talking about Trudeau. It is being covered up for now. It is hard to know for sure, but the way the rumour was put out there — along with a number of comments — definitely pointed to Trudeau. One person knew one of the individuals filing a complaint and seem to know the contents. His not very subtle hint was Trudeau, Trudeau, Trudeau.

  22. “16 Bombshells in the Nunes Memo the Media Do Not Want You to Know About
In its partisan zeal to protect the ongoing witch hunt against President Trump, our Nixonian media went into hyper-drive last week to ensure that the unethical and un-American behavior of President Obama’s FBI and Justice Department remained covered up from the public.
After this cynical effort failed with the release of the Nunes memo Friday, the media quickly switched tactics and is now working feverishly to muddy the waters about the horror show revealed in the memo.”
“Here are 16 things the media do not want you to know about the Nunes memo:
    1. The so-called Russian Dossier, the creation of Fusion GPS and former British spy Christopher Steele, is a political document — namely, opposition research, created for the Democrat National Committee and Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign.
    2. Using what it knew was opposition research paid for by the Clinton campaign, in October of 2016, the FBI and DOJ obtained a FISA warrant from the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to install a wiretap to spy on Hillary Clinton’s opponent — the Trump campaign, specifically Carter Page. This spying would last for a year.
    3. It should be noted that the FISA court was set up to stop foreign terrorists. The fact that the FBI and DOJ would use this court to not only wiretap an American but to wiretap a presidential campaign belies belief. Why Obama’s FBI and DOJ used this court as opposed to a normal court is obvious. As you will see below, a normal court probably would have denied the wiretap.” [more]

  23. “Something is rotten in Canada.”
    …-
“CTV Reporter Fails To Disclose Friendship With Brown Accuser
    Something is rotten in Canada.
This past week has seen some of the most salacious, despicable, and unethical stories one can remember, and it has almost nothing to do with the details surrounding Patrick Brown’s alleged behaviour.
One of his anonymous accusers has been unmasked, and for good reason.
A CTV News reporter who helped break the story, Rachel Aiello, either failed to mention to her superiors, or was abetted by them, that she has a friendship with Chelsea Nash, one of women who levelled serious accusations against Brown. Nash and Aiello both worked at The Hill Times, and have known each other for years.
‘Problematic’ doesn’t even begin to describe this revelation, as one of the tenants of being a solid reporter is objectivity, and objectivity is immediately lost when a reporter has a connection or friendship with the subject of their story.”

At that point, the cops surrounded the women and hauled them away.”

  25. There are few markets in Canada where right or center right talk radio can exist. This is a very liberal country.
Andrew Lawton in London Ontario is a solid thinker as is Danielle Smith on QR77 in Calgary. These 2 are carrying water for the conservative cause. Not aware of any others but I don’t get out much…..
Adler isn’t flying a conservative flag these days. I guess hanging out on the left coast does that to you.

  26. Hate to say it, but conservative talk was #1 in Winnipeg on the radio for a long time, then CJOB went leftist and is now beaten by CBC. The rest of us turned it off.

  27. I can see why he left teaching. He was unable to control the class room. he also left because he is an absolute fascist. Calling on the police to remove a person who only raised her voice? Will he call on police to remove loud protestors at the next anti-pipeline incipient riot?
