  1. An awful ‘musician’ in the senate to match an awful businessman in the White House. Full speed ahead to idiocracy.

  2. Listen … a man who crafted a lucrative music career out of the mean streets of Detroit has my confidence. Laugh and mock all you want, but this is exactly what America NEEDS … citizen-politicians. The career politicians have spent our country into imminent oblivion. The change cannot come soon-enough.
I remember telling my kids to turn-down that baw-da-da-bawd … noise … more than once. Then I remembered the Police singing da-da-daaaa go–gooo-goo- gah-ga … and I shrugged.

  3. Why TF not? More and more people are fed up with lyin’ lawyers and are willing to give someone blunt a try.
This echoes my own real life experiences. People who say all the right PC things and have mastered ‘the game’ are most likely to screw you over in real life whereas the blunt straight-talker may come across as rude but at least you know where he stands because WYSIWYG.

  4. If they can’t get true nationalists to run and win within the GOP, a third party will be the only option for continuing this fight.
As per Kid Rock, he may have many talents, but class doesn’t seem to be one of them. I’m no prude, but America’s kids don’t need to hear national leaders that issue statements including “… and if I decide to throw my hat in the ring for US Senate, believe me… it’s game on mthrfkers.”

  5. “More and more people are fed up with lyin’ lawyers and are willing to give someone blunt a try. ”
Is this kind of stupid something you have to master or is it innate? Ventura and Ford were better men, and they got power for similar reasons. Then they more or less failed. Affecting bluntness or being that way merely because one is inarticulate and simple does not a great statesmen make.

  6. I’m just calling it like I see it. I never said he’d be a fantastic statesman. I’m merely making an observation on the decrepit state of politics.
So if he wins are you stupid or am I?

  7. celebs in political orfice? it’s been done before. the Iti’s had a prostitute or whatever, the ‘mercuns are famous for it. Ronnie Raygun the most prominent example and yes then there was Jessie Ventura the navy seal/actor. and whatshisname the purser from ‘love boat’.
