    after about 2 yrs I finally got a restitution order in my benefit.
    meanwhile I paid a visit to the local lieberal politishun regarding what rights I have as a victim.
    came the reply I have the right to be ‘considerd’ for a restitution order etc.
    so now I call up the cr court division and find out the party found out the restitution money will come to me directly from the prov atty generals orfice in tranna.
    but first the person found guilty has to *decide* to pay up.
    and if they don’t, I have the right to file another complaint and he goes back to court but I STILL don’t have my money.
    every prickazoid in the legal cystem is GURANTEED to get paid but me the victim.
    this has been true ever since restitution orders existed in Canuckistan.
    harper gets ‘tough on crime’ bla bla bla but conservatists *continue* to CRAP on victims.
    lieberals shell out millions to a terrorists but will NOT do anything about this except tell me to
    ‘call a lawyer’ or ‘take it to civil court’.
    they all are guaranteed to get paid but ME the victim. judgey-judges, crown atty, legal aid lawyer, bailiff, person that does the courtroom housecleaning, cops, jail guards, the people who provide the blank legal forms and computer eqpt, the construction worker who build the court houses, etcetera etcetera et fcukinCETERA.
    why not scour the bank accounts of the one sentenced in this the digital age and SEIZE the restitution money, even in small REGULAR amounts? intercept welfare payments and take some of it until the debt is paid? nope !!

    I thought the tune was rather “catchy”,which means I didn’t change the station if it came on my truck radio,just half listened to it for the few minutes before they switched to “Stairway to Heaven” for only the 107th time that day.

    Yup. I’m finding that out as I’m in the process of settling my father’s estate. The government and its allies, otherwise known as lawyers, never fail to remind me that even though I’m the sole beneficiary his assets really aren’t mine, or, at least, not until they’ve taken their cut.
    I suppose I should be grateful that I get anything at all.

    I was coming home from buying groceries this afternoon when I spotted Tesla’s display in the shopping centre. I spoke with one young SJW Teslan who tried to convince me that Telsa is the future and that we should all get on board by buying one.
    Her arguments didn’t persuade me. Never mind that they sounded like the usual company propaganda and that I doubt that there was any scientific or technical basis in what she said. She was firmly convinced that everybody needed to have one and that it was the obligations of the masses in Ontario to bribe–er, “subsidize”–the well-to-do in order to “save the planet”.
    Oh, by the way, don’t bother getting one if you’re heading to the northern regions of Canada. There aren’t many charging stations, if any, and, if there are, one may have to wait for up to 2 hours before continuing a trip. Besides, the range right now is about 350 km, which isn’t particularly useful in many parts of western Canada.
    If these vehicles are indeed supposed to be feasible, I’ll let someone else be the guinea pigs.

  40. The young lady I spoke to about the Teslas as absolutely convinced that we are on the brink of a golden age, thanks to renewable energy. I explained to her that my Ph. D. research was on that topic and I was skeptical about it, at least the way it’s being forced on the public.

Most of his message was entirely appropriate, and being Trump you know a few things will slip out. The left as usual uses a trivial matter to attack.

  43. in one post I stated that I would embrace electric vehicles when I could drive 1000 km in 10 to 11 hours, and refuel it in five minutes, not until. eventually all use old guys will die off and the terminally stupid will be in control, they will kill off the rest of the population.
