They go on to state that Handel spent “tens of millions of dollars in ads from GOP super PACs” without revealing that Osoff spent multiples more, primarily generated from outside the state.
You can spin as readily by what you hide as by what you reveal.
Funny thing, your link, nbcnews, tries very, very hard to make it appear as though it were the Republicans who poured in the outside money and outspent the Democrats. Talking about biased coverage.

I watched the Coverage on CNN last night, they were certain the Democrats would beat Trump (He campaigned, all-in for Karen) and THEY had to call the Election… The hand wringing Democrat Media (WaPo, NYT, Lizards) were almost crying blaming themselves at times for “their” parties failure to have a message..
