1. Canada produces less CO2 than any nation in the G7, G20 or whatever G you wish to use. CO2 being necessary for life on the planet has no bearing on the climate no matter how many computer models are created, no matter how many so called scientists say it does. We will all die if CO2 falls below a specific level. Remember that we will all die if CO2 is reduced. No one really knows where the crisis point will be.

2. Indeed, the lemmings have herded up and are stampeding toward the cliff. Does it matter that they will self-destruct? Obviously not to them or they would not be running.

Surely Jerry would visit the nation most devastatingly impacted by melting ice caps and warming temps … I heard that Canada was downright “balmy” this last winter. Virtually “snow free” … just as Al Gore predicted.

   Yup. It was sure balmy in northern B. C. earlier this year when I spent hours chipping all that ice from the sidewalk in front of my father’s house. And, in a few months time, I get to do it again. (Oh, joy!)

What a good son you are (assuming no woman would choose to be a deplorable rat) helping keep Dad safe … but Al Gore (and David Suzuki) would remind you that if not for global warming … you wouldn’t even be able to chip the ice. Global warming made the ice “thinner” and more “dispersed” on your dear old dad’s sidewalk … thus enabling your chippery.
   PS … don’t you EVER install a “heated” concrete walkway … I believe that is a National CRIME throughout Canada.

9. Actually, I’m looking after my father’s house while I’m settling his estate. I was clearing the sidewalk along the street which I was required to do by the city. Not fun.
   Even so, I still violated the environment. It’s bad enough that I chipped and removed ice, thereby upsetting the balance of nature by redistributing it, I used–horrors!–de-icer to melt it. That stuff tends to be a popular item in town for some reason.

11. I wonder if the Muslims are behind the Liberal decision to erase any reference to history or heritage in the 150 “celebrations”. This was not an oversight. It was deliberate. At this point, I am not even sure what is being celebrated.
