As the new year rolls on and the new president takes office, Fox News has announced they will not be renewing contracts of several prominent contributors. A network spokesperson has confirmed that conservative political commentator George Will, actress Stacey Dash, and Republican strategist Ed Rollins will not be renewing their contracts with Fox News, along with journalist Marvin Kalb and columnist Cal Thomas.

But they have added Nigel Farage. I’ll take that trade.
Stacey Dash supported Romney for President and was skewered by liberals, black and white. She grew up in the ghetto and managed to make it in Hollywood. I’m sorry they are letting her go.

The Murdoch sons are doing okay; Tucker Carlson, Hannity, O’Reilly and Jeanine Pirro (Saturday) are great. I wish our Shaw package included Fox News AND Fox Business, because Lou Dobbs is one of my favourites. YouTube is invaluable, because we have Smart TV and can access Dobbs and others that way. I like ‘Outnumbered’ as well. Harris Falkner is smart as a whip and sensible. I don’t understand why Bob Beckel was brought back. Juan Williams fills a Democrat spot, but he seems to see everything through a race filter. Shep Smith is REALLY hard to take, lately. His snarky tone puts the channel changer, or, as my husband calls it, the remote, in the palm of my hand. All in all, Fox News is far better without Megyn Kelly’s shark-like feminist agitating. She’s already trying to push Matt Lauer around on NBC. Judging by how he dealt with Hillary in one of the election debates, Lauer has a backbone.
