  5. Pretty funny that so many people are upset with the idea that the Russians ‘influenced’ the USA election. If that is the case then what did they do with the Canadian election. It must have been absolute child’s play to get Trendy elected. Don’t have to worry about that hard ass Harper who was so unfriendly about that Ukraine problem.
    Maybe we should delve into this even further and start investigating who is influencing the education system in Canada. KGB agents who have defected repeatedly talk about the ‘influence’ makers in the education system.
    While we’re at it maybe put a tail or two on the media types who obviously have an agenda to steer thinking in a particular direction.

    Our banking system is involved in all kinds of money laundering. How’d you think the Bronfman’s got to move a coupla billion out of the country without paying any capital gains? Mulroney facilitated that one.
    Or how about the recent KPMG case where Canadians were moving money out of the country to tax heavens to avoid tax. Isle of Mann anyone?

  11. No, they just reorganized. 6 divisions. Canada Steamship Lines operates domestically. The other 5 CSL divisions operate internationally with flags of convenience.

  12. Canada Steamship Lines is one of 6 divisions of CSL Group. At least the ships operating on the Great Lakes are Canadian registered and crewed. I’m confident the ocean going vessels are not.

  16. I have been saying for years that the left is a puppet to people – foreign powers – behind a curtain who make the left do things to hurt western civilization.
    Just as Russia used leftists – converted them to communism – in the 1950s to make them do anti-USA things, now there are other foreign powers that use the left against us.
    in the 1960s it was Vietnam and Korea that turned the left against the west.
    Be it multiculturalism or global warming or some other ” most important” thing, it is always with hidden the goal of making the west weaker.
    The left was not initially anti-western civilization but it is now, and very much so.
    When I say liberals are our enemies I am not kidding, of course most liberals are simply useful idiots and are unaware of the bigger picture.
