2. Just try it … and some tech geeks will create a work-around. Maybe launch a satellite network to bypass the one-world-dhimmi-order filtered Internet. It won’t work … unless these people do what they always do … mass murder the infidels … and “anti-communist agitators”

4. Well before the Internet as we know it existed, computer bulletin boards were available, courtesy of amateur radio.
   Hams could use their stations to communicate with the host computers by means of packet radio. Compared with what’s available now, those systems were primitive and slow but they worked. No cables between the users and the bulletin boards were needed.
   If the sort of nonsense that’s being proposed actually comes about, it wouldn’t surprise me if radio amateurs resurrect this. With the various signal modes that are available now, it could provide a effective alternative.

5. It would be possible, provided one mass-produced cubesats. They can be build relatively cheaply as cubesat kits are available now. The main components are included so all one has to do is add a few custom boards.
   The biggest problem, though, is reserving space on a launcher as most boosters are reserved well in advance by paying customers. In addition, it’s not cheap to launch a payload.
   Unless they’re put into a higher orbit, the lifetime of a typical cubesat can be a few weeks or months. By comparison, a number of amateur radio satellites have been in orbit for many years. (The record-holder is AO-7 which was launched more than 40 years ago. It’s in rough shape now, but parts of it are still operational. I myself made a number of contacts with other hams over it.)
