Leave it to leftists and progressives to enrich themselves at the expense of the citizens.
I can see it now:
“Mr. Prime Minister, lots of people are unemployed and have problems putting food on the table. How can you use the money of the taxpayers to haul your in-laws and nannies to whatever exotic place you want to spend your holidays at?”
“If they can’t put bread on their tables, let them eat Timbits.”
Someone was telling me today about a friend of his older brother’s who voted for Trudeau (he lives in Frontenac County) and the next day he regretted it.
He’s has taken to tweeting Trudeau and tells him what he thinks very plainly, and
sometimes mentioning a bit of violence.
Recently two RCMP officers drove into his yard, and when the one came to the door and asked him to identify himself, he refused. All the while, the female officer stood leaning against the front of the car with her hand on her gun.
Another outrageous spending spree by the lispy little Princess of Trudopiastan. Once again its up to the Conservative Party to do the Media’s job for them. “Canada is back baby!!” I’m just waiting to see how fast PM Potato-Head (the globalist butt plug) can sell-out the country to the EU gangsters or those lovely Chinese chaps… shouldn’t take long. Isn’t it time for Captain Dipshit to launder a few billion more taxpayer dollars through the corrupt UN. Anyhoo, thanks to the Conservative Party for doing the Medias job for them.
Reminds me of the little thug from Shawinigan Chretin using the RCMP as his own personal goon squad. Like when they came to kick down the door and thrash the house of the head of the BDC for not handing out cash to one of Chretins gangster buddies. Ah, the good old days are back.
Why is anyone here shocked at this?
I understand that at Liberal School, Justin was the first student to get a perfect 100% in both Entitlement 101 and 102.
“Canada is Back” is an arrogant Liberal slogan meaning they are back in power, only Liberals have a divine right to govern in Canada.
Now, let’s get serious, take a look at where we are and how well the country is doing…oh wait…where do we go to find that out? Our savings account? The gas pumps? The media? Oh, forget it, we have something pretty to look at and be entertained by the hi-jinx of Poseur par excellence filling the role of Prime Minister.
Who accompanied PM Stephen Harper to Israel?
Canadian taxpayers are footing the bill for some members of the delegation that travelled to Israel with Prime Minister Stephen Harper, including former cabinet members, CEOs and religious leaders.
About 30 people among the 208 individuals who accompanied the prime minister reportedly got a free-ticket to travel with Harper on the Canadian government airplane and will have some of their accommodation expenses covered during the Middle East trip, while the remainder of the delegation participants are footing their own bills for the trip. http://globalnews.ca/news/1095228/who-accompanied-pm-stephen-harper-to-israel/
(Julius Suraski of the Jewish Defense League was also in the delgation. The JDL is a banned organisation in Israel.)
Better get right onto that, might be a scandal there. (TIC)
And somehow it’s Stephen Harper’s fault . Did anyone see in the article what the Turd’s trip actually cost us ? I know I always take my nanny when I want to spend time with my kids. Obviously , when on vacation parents and grand parents are far to busy to look after the kids .
Let us see now.
A Prime Minister is actually entitled to his entitlements. The emphasis is on A Prime Minister, not the airhead.
As things are, he got’s to take the government private jet. It is what it is. Even his lunches are paid for. Got to suck it up.
Other than A Prime Minister, everything else is peripheral for this purpose.
There are certain assumptions, like going to work every day and serving the people of the country.
For that he receives a pay.
As it is with most civil servants and especially those, the politicians, that insisted they are better than the other guy to represent the proletariat, they live with the assumption that the pay they receive is to stash away.
They, it seems, insist that the actual spending for everyday life is something that they are entitled to and that the proletariat should be so lucky to pay for it.
We can establish that A Prime Minster get paid pretty good coin. What he does with it, like paying for care of his children, is his business.
On the other hand when he thinks that the proletariat should pay for the care of his children, he may be completely surprised, is our business and we say, you pay A Prime Minister.
Going on a holiday, is his private business, other than the necessary transportation cost and other security things, he pays.
As you can see it may seem somewhat convoluted though it is pretty straight forward in so far being clear who pays for what.
There is another assumption, that is that the voters elect their representatives and the representative have enough decency to concentrate on business at hand, not how to scam the voters.
Big mistake.
I really envoy you folks. When our pResident travels, he takes the whole fam damly plus the whole platoon of court jesters. He spends enough to put the Bureau of Printing on overtime. Oh wait. They are already printing money as fast as they can, 24/7.
The RCMP reaction to anyone stupidly “tweeting Trudeau and tells him what he thinks very plainly, and sometimes mentioning a bit of violence.” is completely justified. Our society does not tolerate violent threats, especially towards elected officials.
Wouldn’t you expect the same if such threats were made to you or one of your family?
People who personalize their hatred because they can’t grasp the issues will always cause problems. They’re the ones on public forums who personally attack and insult anyone who disagrees with them.
The twitter-driven “HateHarper” campaign was very effective; the Lieberals didn’t have to run hate ads on TV, social media did it for them. How are those who flog the “HateTrudeau” campaign any different?
I detest and disrespect many Lieberal attitudes and policies, and I know many Lieberals who are ‘good people’ and believe in their hearts they’re ‘doing the right thing’, but I don’t hate them personally, it’s just politics.
Perhaps its time for the State to arrest and charge anyone who can be “interpreted” to “hate” Turdo, Sr or Potato, with a “hate crime”… yep, “hating” a Turdo should be illegal… better start building some new prisons to hold all of us Turd “haters”. Trudopiastan sure is fun!
Of course, threats can’t be ignored. I was only the reporter.
When hearing the story, it is left to everyone to react to it in his or her own way.
My view is, anyone who voted for Trudeau has the right to feel frustrated, angry, and betrayed (even if it took less than 48 hours). They also have the right to be vocal about it if they wish. But threats of any kind? Of course not.
The guy wasn’t serious about the threats, as mild as they might have been, but the PMO didn’t know that. Nor did the RCMP. Obviously they didn’t think he was a threat when they left him standing in his doorway and drove away. If his name had been Mohammed, I’d like to think they would have searched his house and taken his computer into custody at least.
While in St.Kitts, Soapie told Selfie to put a potato in his speedo when going to the beach. During an enjoyable stroll, there were lots of glances Selfies’ way. Soapie whispered “Next time put the potato in the front”!
