All rapists are equal but some rapists are more equal than others: http://www.wnd.com/2016/06/explosive-new-twist-in-idaho-sex-assault-case/#!
The Obama-appointed U.S. attorney for Idaho has taken the highly unusual step of intervening in a local criminal case involving an alleged sexual assault by juvenile Muslim migrants and threatened the community and media with federal prosecution if they “spread false information or inflammatory statements about the perpetrators.”
Does everyone recall the charade displayed by the Liberals when the Harper Conservatives announced they were doing away with the long forms for the 2016 census??? The unsuspecting electorate was quickly convinced by the Liberal media that the end of Canada was near because the government had shortened what is mostly the useless gathering of even more useless information. Add to that the fact that Stats-Can failed to pre-test their online website that crashed and failed us miserably, and you have a lot of angry Canucks.
Today the CBC.Ca runs the story only to uncover that anger. So what do they do?? Instead of allowing Canadians to speak out, after only 85 comments, many that were anti-Liberal, they shut the comments section down. Yup! We got our country back. http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/census-statistics-canada-webpage-online-glitch-flaw-1.3651811
CBC has been ‘allowing’ comments on articles again under their new rules of requiring a name that appears to be ‘real’, However as noted above, they quickly close commenting when the comments do not follow the party line they expect from ‘enlightened’ Canadians.
Much more forthright comments are usually found on the Yahoo Canada news website where little or no censorship is imposed.
AGW RIP.

“Brexit: Greenpeace, FOE fears a “Bonfire” of Green Regulations”
“Evidence is mounting that Brexit, and possible “contagion” of the British exit from the EU, the empowerment of nationalist movements throughout Europe demanding their own exit referenda, is the worst nightmare come true for green groups which had been counting on the bureaucratic authoritarianism of the European Union to bind democratically elected politicians to strong green policies.” https://wattsupwiththat.com/2016/06/25/brexit-greenpeace-foe-fears-a-bonfire-of-green-regulations/

“Christophobia” and the West
by Kenneth Minogue
On the consequences of secular faiths.
Public policy in a democracy rests upon public opinion, which in turn rests on public feeling. The feelings people have towards remote and abstract objects such as states and categories are normally pretty stable, but when they do change, they resemble earthquakes in the political world. Shelby Steele has recently been writing of the revolution in public feeling that took place in America in the 1960s, when white racism was replaced by white guilt. Whole new social and moral structures have been thrown up. The appearance of anti-Americanism in Europe in the wake of 9/11 is less fundamental, but is also in many respects a revolution of feeling. Israel has found itself buffeted by this change.
My concern is with another shift in recent sentiment, less dramatic but in my view no less significant. It is the rising hatred of Christianity among Western peoples, which I shall call “Christophobia.” https://www.newcriterion.com/articles.cfm/-ldquo-Christophobia–and-the-West-1355

“My own attention is rivetted upon the age factor. My resentment is growing for the young. Most of the elderly in Britain never wanted to be in the European Union in the first place. The British were dragged in by their politicians, who are mortally attracted to anything big. For forty-three years they were compelled to stay, by the tremendous weight of “expert opinion.” During this time, the young were indoctrinated.
It took more than a generation to click, but it finally did. The young can no longer imagine a world without complex bureaucracies, built upon simplistic ideas. (Morality, for them, is reducible to hygiene.)

Further to my comment, it does appear that CBC is allowing dissenting views to be posted. For example the comments on this news article are not what one would expect the CBC censors to tolerate.

Okay, better.
Nasty interviewer forces Michelle Fields to end interview. This guy was mean! The CBC would never treat a well respected reporter like this. Michelle Fields works for the Huffington Post and was nearly murdered by Trump campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski! He LITERALLY tore her arm off!!
