Does being culturally incompetent mean that one should be allowed out in public or some such thing?
I graduated from the U of Wisconsin back in 1975 – I wouldn’t go to that shit-hole today and it was pretty bad back then.

I quit my teaching position at a certain institution 14 years ago. I had a lot of reasons for doing so, with rubbish similar to that being among them.
People thought I was foolish for giving up what they saw as a nice cushy job. If I would have told them about the idiocy there, including stuff like that, they would have thought I was making it up. I wish I had because I certainly couldn’t invent nonsense like that.

And its penis is on its forehead. Who could learn anything while rolling on the floor laughing?
