  1. We have three kids. To look after our kids I primarily had a wife and honestly did a lot myself. While I wasn’t Prime Minister, I did work and pay taxes to pay for for Sophie’s servants. Maybe Sophie should get a wife.

  2. H. G. Wells apparently once said that if aliens arrived from the sky and said that they wanted to serve us humans, we should ask: “Boiled or fried?”

  3. I’ve never met Ms. Gregoire-Trudeau so I remind myself that I don’t really know anyone if I only know them through the media but … she allows herself to be presented as someone who needs help looking after herself, never mind the three children.

  4. Damn, Liberals never change do they? The pig’s trough is never big enough or deep enough for them and their pals.
And *every* Liberal I have ever met has an inflated opinion of themselves.

  5. I don’t remember Laureen Harper, whining like this…if she DID the media would have been all over her like a fat kid on a smartie…(ooh, can I say that? Can I use the term “smartie”?) Maybe Junior’s Ma mighta whined, but I was a teenager back then, and not too interested in politics…

  6. “I want to give a bunch of well-paying government jobs with benefits and amazing pensions to a big bunch of my friends and hangarounds.”

  7. Poor Sophie, she’s so in demand. She’s not obliged to accept all requests, that would be impossible since she’s so popular….on top that she sings.

  8. Huh ? I am really surprised the boy PM was able to sire 3 children ? Were they adopted ? Did she use in-vitro fertilization ? Lesbian turkey-baster ? Have his testes even dropped yet, because I can’t see any evidence of his manhood yet ?

  9. BUT BUT BUT you weren’t elected! So no required help for unelected, we are forced to help the elected enough!

  10. “you weren’t elected!”
That pretty much hits the nail on the head. So Sophie is popular and in demand as a speaker … good on her. However the taxpayer is certainly not obliged to make things easier for her. If she finds herself stretched too thin then she has a number of options. Cut back on the number of speaking engagements, hire a personal assistant out of her own pocket or, best of all, get her old man to stay home and look after the kids and let adults run the country. There has to be one or two in the Liberal herd.

  11. BTW, How old were Harper’s kids when he became PM? But then there were also 2 adults it their house, as opposed too…….give me a minute, I am trying to think of one in the Trudeau’s.

  12. They’ve taken down the picture of the Queen in the Department of Global Affairs or whatever it is called and will be replacing it probably with a picture of Queen Sophia. Turdeau and his wife are the new Canadian royalty, or at least they think they are. And the Canadian media put up with it…whereas they certainly wouldn’t have if Laureen Harper had done the same. Robert Fife is the worst, he fawns over Turdeau…sickening to watch; I turn him off.

  13. Great! She’s been talking to Mila Mulroney! Guess she’ll be needing her own detachment of RCMP officers too to go shopping.

  14. Who here has ever known a Liberal or a Progressive who didn’t love the public teat, the Laurentian Elites especially.

  15. I thought it was the husband’s job to help out with these things. Because it is 2016.
Maybe she could ask Kim Kardashian how she manages with 2 kids and a husband with a huge ego.

  16. And through Trudeau’s “electoral reform” they want the entitlements to be perpetual.

  17. Liberals are entitled their entitlements so touch your knuckle to your forehead in obeisance and get back to paying your taxes.

  18. The Spawn and his wife are truly Obama wanabes. Mrs. Obama has 30 plus on her staff so surely the me-too progressive mentality of her Canadian counterparts deserves a proportionate number like three? The Spawn’s father was once accurately described as Canada’s new Queen so the regal nature of these entitled pricks comes naturally.

  19. Isn’t it better for someone else to raise the hairs apparent? Look at the job Maggie did. And Sophie shows similar stability

  20. Kenji,
Many women are familiar with JT’s manhood post vows….many know this including within the PPG but continue to promote the myth of “feminist” PM.
At some point the story breaks, they were prepared for it during the election and both of them have come close to admitting it.
In absence of the “others” it will be a nauseating display of how they “have overcome”, but that isn’t the real story. Who knows whether it stopped, this is part of the deal I suspect.

  21. Oh c’mon, Queen Sophie’s trials and tribulations are REAL.
Those Ft McMurray residents have it easy compared to her!
(Um, yeah, its sarcasm, for the non-humourous progg types)
Could the optics be any worse here? Oh yeah, the MSM couldn’t possibly put 2 and 2 together…………..

  22. “To help me serve people”…..by “people”, she means herself. What a self important twirp.

  23. The sounds of a nose dive in real time.
Bet you anything that she’e been talking to Justine’s mommy.
It has the same ring to it.
Crazy thing is that they’re so stupid that they don’t even realize that by saying it, they bring ridicule upon themselves.
The next 3 years are going to be long but highly entertaining and hilarious.

  24. What she really needs is another nanny to take care of her husband, then she can take care of all those singing engagements.

  25. She should only have to work as hard as Laureen Harper did, with the same level of support; and yes without the complaining please. The Harpers had young children when he was first elected PM and I don’t recall the introspection or angst about the required duties and demands on time.
I do remember the mediocracy having a cow because Mr Harper only shook hands with his young son, while being a dad and taking him to school, as the media later forgot his son told his dad he didn’t want to be hugged in public.
Double standard; obvious bias; ethical paucity; utter contradictions; blaming others for their failures; mortal sins of omission; political piety; trough feeding; all progressive standard operating procedure.
Why should Ms Gregoire-Trudeau not expect to be treated differently?

  26. Fife? I haven’t seen him for months. At least since Selfie Boy got elected. That Glen McGregor guy seems to have taken Fife’s spot on CTV. Where is Fife?

  27. I believe that “feminism” has now attacked the notion that career women can … “have it all” The phrase was originally invented to push women out of the house, and into the workforce … guilt-free. But now, the phrase is being ditched because the evidence to the contrary is simply insurmountable. It is as ridiculous as the term “multi-tasking”. No one truly “multi-tasks” … unless you consider half-ass attempts at competency to count as completion of a “task”.
And truly “important” women, doing truly “important tasks” for the people, needed a redefinition so they can explain-away their multiple servants. From the Upper Middle Class liberal mom who prefers to spend time in yoga class than cooking for her children … to … Michelle Obama and her massive staff of “personal assistants” … to Hillary Rodham Clinton and her woman-servant-scissor-partner Huma … today’s “evolved” women understand that it is OK … to hire some help. The MORE helpers … the BETTER and more important you are.
I DO hope Ms. Trudeau finds time for her daily yoga workouts

  28. “I’m from the government and I’m here to help MYSELF TO EVERYTHING YOU THINK YOU OWN! MUWHAHAHAHAHAHA!”
    Fixed it for you.

  29. Before Eleanor Roosevelt, the First Lady really didn’t have much to do. According to what I heard, ER became socially active as a result of FDR’s “meanderings”. At the same time, the U. S. was going through the Depression and, later, WW II, so ER’s activities helped morale.
After her, the First Lady became more of a public figure.

  30. The Harpers’ two children were comparable in age to Trudeaus’ 3, the difference being Laureen had no nanny support, while Sophie has 2.
If she feels overworked, the answer is obvious, simply bill the LPC for another assistant, or better still stay at home and care for her family.
Do not expect taxpayers to pay for raising their own kids, and hers as well.
Or Jr could use some of the money he bilked high schools and charities out of while still an MP.
$10,000 billed to Kincardine school board for an appearance, that would go a long way toward another helper.

  31. This is the first time I have ever heard someone who doesn’t actually work complain about her ‘workload’.

  32. Fife has taken on a new roll. He’s managing director of the Trudeau ‘circle jerk’ boys club.

  33. You greedy selfish bitch, you can have your team AFTER
the budget balances itself. Furthermore, I would like to remind you your drama queen husband said rich people like himself should pay.
