John Schindler guesses that Hillary has a deal with O who will make sure the DoJ doesn’t prosecute whatever the FBI recommends. Two wrinkles:
1. Recent uncomplimentary remarks about Obama made by Hil-Bill.
2. Schindler believes that the FBI will start leaking like a sieve if their investigation is waved off for political reasons.

Last night FOX (Kelly) had the lady involved (Jill Kelley) with Gen Petraeus’s FBI investigation.
Her statement that the FBI held the indictment until after the Election is dynamite. The rot in the FBI is deep… This will be a major issue in the General even if Hillary is indicted… The FBI/DOJ have turds that have to be flushed.

She had many, many classified emails on her server, which she would have known by their content were classified. She took no action to deal with the reality NO classified messages can be sent to her unclas server, so must be placed there by other means. Pagliano, who took the fifth when asked if he removed security markings from emails on the Clinton server, now has immunity, which normally involves a grand jury.
Nobody cares about her every changing stories about no markings of “classified,” or whether or not she read this or that email, or if they became magically unclassified at the moment they appeared on her server, though not before or after, or if they were “overclassified” so no big deal.
I could see, but disagree with the argument some emails were overclassified to confidential/protected; or maybe to even secret. Point one, it’s not her call to decide that, the originator decides the classification. Second, even if SAP is overclassified, that still makes it very sensitive with breach consequences.
Anyway, names of intelligence operatives in the field or US positions on international issues is now considered compromised. Demonstrating harm from her culpability to prove her negligence is unnecessary, notwithstanding her poor judgment and inverted ethics.
Will she be indicted? Probably not. Will the FBI leak everything and hang everyone around her if they have to? Probably.
Even in the extremely unlikely event the Lynch and Obama bow to FBI pressure and an indictment is approved, Hillary, now guaranteed the WH due to the circular firing squad tactics of the GOP establishment and violent telepaths, will not step down and as POTUS, end all further investigation.
I suspect Hillary’s bigger problem is comingling state and personal business, with allegations of influence peddling via the Clinton foundation.
Maybe she’ll choose Bubba as her running mate and do a complete end run around law enforcement; no he’s not precluded because he would not be running for president, and if she withdrew later there’s no constitutional bar to him to continuing to the end of her term, but no further.

Now, I have heard it said that the FBI is “above” politics and will prosecute any wrongdoing regardless of political affiliation (and if you don’t believe that, I’ve got an IRS auditor here who would like to speak with you). I have also heard it said that IF Hillary walks … then a substantial number of honest FBI agents will resign. I expect the LEFT cannot WAIT for such a thing to happen, so all these agents with a conscience can be replaced with politically-correct agents … and yet another Federal Agency will have been thoroughly politicized (LEFT).

Fair enough, but the question has been asked, if there was no chance of charges being laid, why is the Justice Dept involved so comprehensively with over one hundred agents working on the case, and why is this such a lengthy investigation? What about allegations of comingling State and Clinton Foundation business? If this was a no go, why is it starting small and getting bigger, instead of just going away. Hillary may be able to bully FBI investigators like she did the congressional Hearings, but they won’t be interested in or put off by “what does it matter now,” or “nobody got hurt.”
If the FBI has really sunk their teeth into this one, no doubt encouraged by both the State Dept and the intelligence community enraged by her selfish negligence, I doubt political considerations will deter them. It doesn’t seem to have worked so far. Probably, if AG Lynch gets a criminal referral, she will just sit on it and hope to get Hillary through the election so the whole thing can go away. OTOH, should the FBI director Comery and others resign &/or go public the whole bunch will find themselves in a political s***storm. Maybe I’m assuming too much, that Comery, Obama or Lynch, aren’t looking after themselves, like everybody else in that incestuous establishment political brothel.
