If the Germans were the type of polite society described by Robert A Heinlein while referring to an armed society, The Grandfather could escort his Granddaughter to school and deter the savages from the type of signature antics we have come to expect from retrograde Muslims. Given that Germans voted away their free born rights to the welfare nanny state, they can try more whining to their progressive political betters or as will more likely happen, acquire illegal weapons and as society breaks down, ultimately form militias much like every other society sharing real state with Jihadis. Another possibility is a resurgence of a nationalist political movement culminating in a mass deportation preceded by ethnic cleansing and other nasty business. Either way, history will likely repeat itself in Germany.

    We all need to be concerned and looking at and listening to McCallum et al isn’t at all reassuring. They’re scrambling and bumbling their way through which could in the end lead to more ghettoized immigrants as they get taken in by those who speak their language.
    Settling people into free, furnished homes, some have larger families than expected, provide all the necessities like food and clothing is a mammoth task. Then they need to learn our languages, become employable, this could take years and several more new citizens will be born in the meanwhile.
    Good luck, but the logistics look unattainable and those in charge of this mayhem look gormless and stunned, so yes, the US is right to be concerned, we need to wake up as well.

What hypocrites, that they want to change the behavior and values of the society that has welcomed them. I fear for Canada and have just read that Syrian refugees want to have their own home soon. Come to Vancouver then…where Canadians who have been born and raised here can’t afford their own home “soon”. Someone also commented that Canada needs to be compassionate…over the pipeline. Anti-Semitic incidents, stabbings, shootings, honor killings, acid attacks, more Rotherhams, scared and sexually harassed women, the decline of Western festivities, art and culture: all the awful things that accompany a rise in Middle Eastern populations anywhere in the West could be avoided. Why are our elites doing this to us? Haven’t we been a compliant and submissive, law-abiding population? Haven’t we dutifully paid our taxes and passively accepted their thefts and corruption as long as we had some holiday time and a few toys along with our food, clothing, shelter and security? Do the elites even begrudge us the few joys we have as we feed their privileged lifestyles?
    Dear elites: for decades we accepted your s–t and paid your way, as long as we were safe, and had some fun. But if, like this German grandfather, we come to the realization that our children and grandchildren can no longer walk free, you may see even Canadians drop their passivity.

    There is an old saying that government is a troublesome servant and a fearful master. Meaning for a democracy that if we don’t take the trouble to keep a grip on our government it we won’t like the way it treats us. The vast majority of the electorate are too lazy to do the thinking and other work necessary to use democracy so that it gets us any good government and lets us live our lives. Government jobs – elected or appointed – tend to attract people who want to run other people’s lives for their own interest, amusement, and aggrandisement.

  31. I agree, Tooner, which is why I’m wondering why the elites are wrecking the status quo. They have it good with us … We’re passive and productive and law-abiding. The populations they are so recklessly importing en masse aren’t so easily controlled, and bring in a lot of troublesome issues, issues that may even negatively affect the elite. To me it all seems so counter-productive.

    What makes the Third World what it is?
    The people who are illiterate with backwards cultures, that is what the Third World literally is.
    Our elites are importing it here to destroy our culture and way of life.
    If you took all the people of Canada, the U.S., and Europe and made us switch places with the people of Africa; in one generation, two at most, Africa would be the First World and what we call the West(U.S. Canada Europe) would be the Third World.
    The end game of the elites is to cut world population by more than 9/10ths.
    That is what so-called Carbon Sequestration and the Whole Global Warming gambit is about, To Kill us with Privation.
    Forced energy and food rationing, with widespread civil strife thrown in for good measure. Maybe a pandemic or two with diseases that the elites have been inoculated against added to the mix.(no, Obama didn’t stop flights from Africa that potentially carried Ebola)

One of those principles is “To recognise always that the power of the police to fulfil their functions and duties is dependent on PUBLIC APPROVAL OF THEIR EXISTENCE, ACTIONS AND BEHAVIOUR, AND ON THEIR ABILITY TO SECURE AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC RESPECT.” Seems to me that tenet has been breached when a “mayor” tells citizens otherwise and the public is in their full right to defend themselves whether the politicos choose to refer to them as “vigilantes” or anything else for that matter. Maybe the public officials and the cops should just do their bloody job.

  49. My parents came to Canada in 1951. For the next decade, they were renters while saving enough for a down payment on their own home, which they bought in 1961. It was a modest bungalow, but they paid for it themselves through hard work. And the refugees expect the Canadian government to GIVE them houses, and right away, too? How the heck did they ever get these expectations?

I sent this thread with the video to my cousin in Ontario who has worked with the ethnic German people in a village in Siberia to help them learn entrepreneurial skills and self sufficient as farmers. Many of the villagers immigrated to Germany around 1990 and he is in contact with some of them. They are saying they are considering moving back to Siberia as they are becoming afraid of where Germany is going.
