  1. Exactly why hasn’t this miscreant been indicted on her Benghazi, and email server violations?

  2. The parsing is hilarious… Yes! she never used the word “Classified” in the Email, but she & Sullivan are both done! A blind FBI agent could cook that case with group help from a mentally handicapped work shop. Wait! the POTUS is a certifiable moron….she is in the clear

  3. Hard to imagine a more vile person seeking the Oval office. Well maybe the occupant from 1992-2000.
Depending how this plays out hillary may have to seek a presidential pardon from zero before he leaves in Jan 2017. If there is a change in administration and say Trump is in power……nah he’s been too close to the Clinton’s to close on Hillary.

  4. We will see what we will see.
I was sure that President Bill Clinton was going to resign after the Monica Lewinsky scandal broke. I was also wrong. They seem to have a history of skating away when others end up disgraced and/or imprisoned.
Sadly, I think we are a banana republic and have two systems of justice, one for the people and one for the politically connected Democrats. And no one is more connected and more Democrat than Hillary Clinton. It comes down to how much the US President dislikes, even hates his former Secretary of State. The US is now a nation of men, not a nation of laws.

  5. If the FBI decides federal charges should be brought against Hillary, and the Attorney General declines to do this, where does this leave the function of the FBI? Do they just go home? Do they just “pretend to work”?

  6. If it was up to me…
Normally you go after the little fish to get the bigger fish. And who is bigger or fishier than Hillary? Instead, I’d offer immunity to Ms. Clinton, but
She has to rollover and testify against every, EVERY staffer, toadie, and “confidante” that helped her in evading the rules and the laws.
    Huma, Sullivan, Everyone.
And she must publically admit her guilt.
After all, she served her “country” so well all these years. You must be kind to these old, washed up “patriots.”
It will never happen. But imagine the second thoughts by the next political toadie? Knowing that they go to jail, and the big boss skates?

  7. Kate you’ve got to send that line to someone in the USA who can use it for election advertising. Priceless!

  8. Killary will not be charged by this DOJ.
And certainly never be even sentenced to jail.
I’ll put almost any money on it.
The corruption in Washington flows like the sewers of evil in Ghostbusters…. the entire city is built upon it.
Also because her health assures she’ll die first, and that is a shame…

  9. If you think this is just a demoKKKrap problem, well, then I have a very fine bridge for sale. Three GOP presidents were involved, one way or another, in the assassination of one of the USA presidents, and the cover up still goes on.

“All that matters is that Hillary didn’t get Ambassador Christopher Stevens the security upgrades he requested, that she went home and slept through the attack, that she lied to the families of the dead about the cause of the attacks (and then lied about lying to the families), and then blew up at her Congressional inquisitors when they asked for answers.”
“Even more than Obama, Hillary owns Benghazi.”

  11. Everyone knows Hill is a liar. I predict this changes nothing – her elitist Democrat pedigree and marriage to a popular former Prez protects her much better than Bill’s latex coverings.

  12. If the FBI decides to indict, even if AG refuses to proceed, the fact charges are recommended should be enough to sink her. But it won’t. Progressives don’t live in reality so excuses are easy to make up. Too bad for them Fox News is the top dog in the news sector. Even the idea of an indictment will alienate her even further with citizens sick of organized government. Hillary would cement her status as an elitist crony statist leading those who help themselves to taxpayer money while lording over the citizen.
Trump is the pushback and speaks the language of the working person, who isn’t into nuances of this or that policy. If he ran against HRC he would reduce her to her core support at best, but even if he breaks even with the independents, the dynamic of non-partisan new voters coming out just for Trump could be a decisive dynamic going forward. The GOP is crazy if they block Trump by brokering another candidate. This would seal their fate by giving the high ground to the Dems.
Under those circumstances, Hillary and the mediocracy would have their way with Cruz or Rubio, and definitely Bush, who has no chance now anyway. A Trump candidate with Cruz or Rubio (or even Fiorina my favourite for the job) as VP is the ticket imho. The polls are wrong and the Dems should be very concerned about Trump who is now negotiating directly with the American people in his latest deal.
Will Bill run with Hillary for VP? From what I’ve read he is not constitutionally blocked by the 22nd amendment solely because he served two terms as POTUS, because he would not be running for President, even if one argues he is excluded by intent because he could end up in the oval office again.
If he were to become POTUS because HRC left office that would also be permissible, but he could not run for POTUS in 2020. Any differing interpretations out there? Anyway, I wouldn’t put anything past the Clintons as now would be a good time to wash Bill’s dirty laundry rather than after the nomination and subsequent election campaign. Look for Trump to put a Clinton/Clinton ticket idea out there soon to head them off.

  13. Not a nation of “men” … but a nation of “corruptocrats” …
I am afraid it is time for a Constutional Covention of the State
