  1. This is Sept. 22nd. What day did the first refugees cross into Germany?
    And already (from the Gateway Pundit) German Police Raid Mosque and 7 Homes in Berlin’s Ethnic Districts Looking for ISIS.
    German police carried out dawn raids in Berlin Tuesday targeting individuals suspected of inciting people to go and fight for the Islamic State group in Syria.
    “We are looking for evidence to see whether these allegations are true,” a police spokesman said. No arrests were made.
    Hopefully we’ll hear in the next few days that there is no truth to this./sarc

  3. This next Sunday is traditionally Harvest Thanksgiving in the Anglican church. Those who had gardens brought of their bounty to decorate the church and to thank God for the harvest. The harvest is not great this year, though we are seeing good veggies from local farmers at the Co-op. It is a season to give thanks.

  5. That was definitely a well-written article and should be required reading for the liv population. It hit the nail on the head as to why the elites dislike Harper. As for the liv … well, they dislike Harper because they have been told they should dislike him. No reasons necessary.

  6. I’ve had it up to here with leftists! Before school started in August, I mailed a gift card (Canada Post) to my granddaughter in Calgary. (Grade 2.) It was postmarked August 24-15, she got it today. (Sept-22)
    Just before the election campaign started, there was a lot of talk that Labour Unions would gang up and go against Mr. Harper. Now this is speculation, however what better way to punish the Conservative West than to withhold their mail!! Even if it would mean punishing Grade 2 students.
    Twas just a thought!!

  14. The poor, poor CBC. Such a valuable contributor to Canadian culture and our way of life and the mean Conservatives are forcing them to sell assets to make ends meet. What kind of business operates on a wing and a prayer hoping that the upcoming election goes its way and more largesse will flow from government? What ever happened to producing a quality product and attracting more advertising dollars? I guess a billion plus dollars per annum doesn’t go as far as it used to.
    After attaining another majority, PMSH needs to move swiftly and put this atrocity out of its misery.

  17. It most certainly is just another attempt to demonize the Conservatives. I note that the Green Party has pledged to increase the CBC’s annual budget by $285 million. Well if I become PM, I will increase it by a $Trillion and gave every Canadian citizen an annual stipend of approximately $500 thousand just because I can. See how easy it is to make ludicrous promises when one will never be called on it. Elizabeth May’s chances of becoming PM are only minutely better than mine.
