Here’s my comment from 12 August:
“TS [Top Secret] sensitive information only resides on a compartmented, secure intranet. In order to get that information onto an Internet server, you have to:
1. have the clearance to access the compartmented intranet;
2. download the information to a memory device; and then
3. upload the information to the Internet.
It goes without saying this constitutes an extremely serious security breach.
Bradley ‘Chelsea’ Manning is now in prison for doing just this very thing and passing (irony of ironies) US State Department diplomatic emails to WikiLeaks.
Oh, and Manning probably took those emails off the SECRET-level US intranet, not the sensitive compartmented one for the SI and TK stuff.”
My guess is that Hillary’s defence will ultimately rest on a variation of “I had nothing to do with it; someone in State sent me those emails, they’re the ones you should go after”.

Maybe this was a deliberate scheme to have secret information available to Americas enemies.

The Simple fact that a Valerie Jarrett “Type” would/could ignore all security protocols in Obama’s WH… It is the Presidents role to clear Intel sharing & handling. The Van-Jones clearance & the Nancy Pelosi problem regarding CIA Intel collected on her & staff…Not much control of anything.

We’ve known that there has been traitorus scum in the WH since 2008, so when Huma’s ICBMs start raining down, at least I can close my eyes, embrace incineration and be comforted by the smugness that comes with being right.

I agree knight why can’t we hang people who commit treason? as far as i’m concerned omar kahdr should have been charged with treason and hanged.
Last i checked Treason is still on the books as a criminal offence and i beleive it is punishable by death. but we eliminated death penalty.
