Two inspectors general have asked the Justice Department to open a criminal investigation into whether sensitive government information was mishandled in connection with the personal email account Hillary Rodham Clinton used as secretary of state, senior government officials said Thursday.
The request follows an assessment in a June 29 memo by the inspectors general for the State Department and the intelligence agencies that Mrs. Clinton’s private account contained “hundreds of potentially classified emails.” The memo was written to Patrick F. Kennedy, the under secretary of state for management.

This nation’s 35 years of experience since the IG Act was passed has demonstrated that effective and independent oversight by Inspectors General saves taxpayers money and improves the operations of the federal government. Because meaningful oversight depends on complete and timely access to all agency materials
and data, Section 6(a)(1) of the IG Act expressly provides for such access. Agency actions that limit, condition, or delay access thus have profoundly negative consequences for our work: they make us less effective, encourage other agencies to take similar actions in the future, and erode the morale of the dedicated professionals that make up our staffs.
Therefore, we strongly and unequivocally support our fellow Inspectors General at the Peace Corps, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Department of Justice in their efforts to gain access to documents that are available to their agencies
and that relate to their ongoing investigations and reviews, without undue administrative burdens and delays. Limiting access in this manner is inconsistent with the IG Act, at odds with the independence of Inspectors General, and risks leaving the agencies insulated from scrutiny and unacceptably vulnerable to mismanagement and misconduct – the very problems that our offices were established to review and that the American people expect us to be able to address.

What a waste of good news space. Okay folks, here’s the options for how this ends up: (1) The DoJ refuses to do anything. (2) The DoJ agrees to launch an investigation but is delayed by legal wrangling by Clinton. (3) The DoJ agrees to launch an investigation but the data needed to make any conclusions is destroyed while they are asking for it (if it is not already gone). (4) A possibility that is less likely is that they launch an investigation, find her guilty as sin, and she is promptly pardoned by Obama as he is leaving office.
Justice for the elitists in office does not exist.

These are Inspectors General from the Obonzo administration we are talking
about here. I believe that there is no love lost between Obongo and the
Clinton’s.
It was the Clinton campaign that started the whole Birther thing, and
BJ Billy was caught on a hot mike saying something about x years ago,
this guy would have been bringing us our drinks. I think he hired
the lesbian in the Mao Jacket to shore up the vote in his reelection
campaign. I would not put it past Obingobangobongo to kick her ass
under the bus right along with his own grandmother!
This probably will not happen because Shrillary knows where too many
bodies are buried. This is the problem with corrupt politicians, there
may not be any honor among thieves, but they will not put their own asses in
a sling to expose one of their cronies crimes.
