  1. I onced visited San Francisco in its better days back in the 1970’s went to the beach the flishackers zoo and steinhart aquarium as well as Fishermans warf had dinner at the Fishermans Grouto #9 that was before the weirdos took over the city drove through the notoroius Height Ashbury district during its bad reputation and got photographed at the spanish fort with the goldengate pridge in the background now i wouldnt set my foot in there ever

  2. Fantastic is right. It is beautiful how the capture of the shadows accent the misty waters and the evergreens in the foreground. The various shades of background are captured beautifully.
I’m curious, is that ocean mist, fog, or smog?

  3. Amazing shot. Love the shadow of the span cast upon the water below. By far the world’s most beautiful bridge. “Thanks for sharing” as they say.

  4. Nostalgia over a different time. A different San Francisco, a different California and certainly a different America. Great picture.

  5. Amazing shot Robert!
I thought at first it was a photoshop showing the bridge dipping into the water.
That is was perhaps some kind of earthquake what if.
And a excellent demonstration of how more contrast is sometimes not a good thing.
