  1. “Scientists discover an ocean 400 miles beneath our feet that could fill our oceans three times over.”
I can’t verify it yet, I’ll have to do some digging..

  2. From Kurt Schlicter’s “Obama Shafts Hillary With Amnesty and Ferguson”:

It is important to understand that neither the executive amnesty scam nor the bogus outrage over Ferguson actually had anything to with race per se. Obama and his gang are Marxists. This was always about class. The Obama coalition is not the traditional Democrat coalition. It is primarily a class coalition. It is the Democrat Party base and nothing more, made up of rich/academic upper class whites, the unionized government hack sub-class, and lower class welfare recipients. When it won in 2008 and 2012, the coalition added just enough others to push it over the top. But now, those others – primarily middle and working class people employed in the private sector – are fleeing to the GOP. And those were the people Hillary was counting on supply enough votes to win.

    The whole thing here.

  3. This is nothing new, it’s been known for decades. Every once in a while some fool claims there’s an “ocean” of water down there and it attracts more fools who can never grasp science, but are easily hoodwinked by pseudo-science media baffle-gab.
    Go Lemmings Go !!!

  4. There’s supposed to be an “ocean” of petroleum down there too. According to some ‘expert’ hypotheses.

  5. Gill Rosenberg was not captured by ISIS.
A post on the Facebook page of Gill Rosenberg suggests the reports the Canadian-Israeli was kidnapped in Syria were false.
“I’m totally safe and secure,” the post reads.
It explains she doesn’t have much access to the Internet, and so “can’t reply regularly and only happened to have a chance to log in and see these bulls— news stories. Ignore the reports I’ve been captured.”

  6. Great stuff! The lass can play good.
I don’t know whether anyone has made this observation before, but the Nordic races are the only ones who do not always have black hair, regardless of skin color. Yes, and I have seen a negress with sky-blue eyes. Very striking I must say, and did at the time.

  7. I’ve never bought the argument that comets brought the water.
When all the stuff floating around coalesced to form the Earth, water was a large chunk of it. That it should be evenly distributed on the surface is hard to believe. That some might be trapped internally is not.

  8. If you were to read the history of the British Labour[sic] Party, you will find the same mix of actors.
It is the Democrat Party base and nothing more, made up of rich/academic upper class whites, the unionized government hack sub-class, and lower class welfare recipients.

  9. Blue eyes and black hair is a striking combination, and rather rare naturally. Irish girls like that are very attractive.

  10. Another site worth tracking is junkscience.com, which covers many other science falsities.

  11. Di-Hydrogen Oxide is a common component in many minerals, ringwoodite being one. That’s far different from pure Di-Hydrogen Oxide we know as ‘water’ in the liquid phase. The reporter is deceptively playing with words.

  12. we are in no danger of becoming a petrostate. The entire energy sector — oil and gas, coal, hydro-electric, nuclear, the works, including not only production, but transformation and transportation — accounts for less than 7% of Canada’s GDP; oil and gas extraction alone is about half that. Even in Alberta, the sector accounts for barely a fifth of provincial output, and just 6% of employment.

  15. Why is the Media Party or the PPG not dwelling on the alleged coital escapades of the two Liberal MP’s and their NDP accusers? If this were Conservative MP’s flopping around they’d be calling for their heads and yakking incessantly on it.

  16. This cannot be good for the CBC;
” Two years earlier, in July of 2012, Ms. Groen met with a group of six Q staff who wrote a document, codenamed Red Sky, complaining of a “culture of fear” at the program. The staff said they felt that “if we don’t do what [Mr. Ghomeshi] says, we will be punished in some way.”
    AND
“At no point did you or any senior manager ever instruct me to conduct such an investigation, formally or otherwise,” she writes. “To the contrary, I was assured and confident that you and HR were handling the matter and asking the appropriate people the necessary questions. To characterize, post facto, my role as investigative, however loosely defined, is a misrepresentation of facts and surprising.”

  17. New information about allegations facing former radio host Jian Ghomeshi have called into scrutiny the role CBC executives had in attempts to pacify a destructive workplace, and raises questions about whether a larger housecleaning is in order at Canada’s public broadcaster.
A former producer at Ghomeshi’s former radio program, Q, has stepped forward and publicly identified herself on Tuesday, writing a column for The Guardian about being harassed in the workplace and having the problem painted over by executives who were anxious to preserve Ghomeshi’s growing popularity.
