  1. Sub-0C (~30F) tonight in western Montana, US. There is still some of last year’s snow on the peaks too.

  2. Record lows — not surprising. I will bet that in about a month you will see claims of “hottest year” etc. They come up with this by using screwball ways of calculating, but the MSM always seems happy to print that info.

  4. There was a movie about that — “The Man Who Never Was”.
    Probably an Ian Fleming creation that also applies to Mr. Trudeau, Jr., actually: the general consensus ’round here is that Stephen J. can take care of his end of the street.
    Lots of outdoor painting left to do, but I did manage today to haul the snow-blower out today.

  5. Maybe the benefit of a few truly cold and bitter Canadian winters will have the added bonus of forcing the Muslim parasites back to their ancestral desert homelands to join their riotous brethren.

    I have no heard anything yet, but do not doubt that the Saskatchewan summer was somewhat below long term normal temperatures.

  8. I hear Britain’s Cameron discuss how to stop them going to Syria to join ISIS. I’d suggest that they should be given free transport to the place so they can achieve their end – literally. Also, it would rid the country of vermin.

  9. About an hour west of Edmonton.Sitting on front deck. Gorgeous sunrise,geese flying over,and 43F.My coffee is getting a little cool.Ken,the summer? I think the manbearpig called Al flew over here in May.Been downhill temp wise since then.Oh well,the two little flea-bags I have do keep the feet warm.

  10. I’ve been 3 weeks on, 1 week off in Sudbury On, since mid June. I believe it has rained, at least a bit, every day I’ve been here. Every day!
    Now, if you live in Phoenix, like me, the rain is nice; but, I’d be mighty pissed at global warming(or lack thereof) if this was my only summer.
