These lawsuits are Corrupting the legal system, both sides have a common goal and the result is that EPA has a (Corrupt) court decision to push their agenda. Create a Green Group and sue the EPA, which won’t defend, and you get your way..(Friendly sues Friendly). Both groups belong in jail along with the 9th circuit.
