1. Soooooooo. What do the council members who pass this law get,for they sure as h77l are acting like bullies themselves.

2. I eagerly anticipate the day the USA opens Kinderprisons for all those four year old bullies.
   They shouldn’t have too much trouble finding guards,just put an ad in the NAMBLA weekly journal with the heading “Must love children”.

3. So, are the Bloods and the Crips and MS-13 going to withdraw from California out of fear of being charged with bullying?
   California, or is it all Democrat controlled states, are most “supportive” of organized crime, especially the ones organized around ethnic groups or clans e.i. Mafia, Latin American, Afro-American.
   New York, New Jersey, Chicago are some of the traditional examples.

4. Only bullying with “no legitimate purpose”! Purposeful bullying is still acceptable…

5. Ok kids. New procedures for bullying.
   1) (For Girls) Whisper gibberish in your friends ear (psssp pss ppupsss) while looking and pointing at target victim and giggling.
   Target -“You were whispering about me!”
   Whisperer “Prove it!”
   Result – no charge possible
   2)(For boys) When anyone (especially teachers) are watching smile at target. When teacher & other witnesses look away make threatening gestures and point at the clock while holding up 3 fingers.
   Target- “Teacher! Billy threatened to beat me up at three o’clock!
   Teacher – “Is this true Billy?”
   Billy – “Nope”
   Result – no charge possible.

6. Added to my post above…does nobody realize these clowns are creating a “law” to make it look like they are actually doing something?

7. Next will be the citizans of California seeing bank accounts being pillaged by State officials. After all governments motto is: your money is our treasure.Make that pirate treasure.
