This was my favourite line from Jarvis: “you have an opportunity to rise again to the level of principles, to prove that your rhetoric about change was not empty after all”
What “principles” has any Leftist ever adhered to? The only principle they ever follow is this one: “Use power and other people’s money to develop a Dependent class, which perpetually supports their own power.” This is also known as the Vicious Circle of Socialism.
Mutiple choice. Is it:
(a) rats / sinking ship?
(b) prepositioning self for a future postition in the Hillary seraglio?
(c) both?
It’s painfully obvious: Lefties need a Messiah. Obama didn’t come through for them, so they’re disavowing allegiance to him and recruiting for a replacement.
I think only true liberal democrats have voter;s remorse about Obumbles but unfortunately whether you get another Dem or GOP empty suit in the Oval office, the agenda wlll not change because it is special interests the current system represents. Those special interests profit from the morass the republic is in.
(BTW I find a lot of common ground with true liberals and I think many of them would feel comfortable in the Tea Party had it not been demonized by the Obama media)
To be honest as a Conservative, I find the GOP as repulsive as Obama with his socialist Democrats. Though the latter are out right Totalitarian thugs.Its like voting in a BC election. You lose no matter who gets power.
Lose big, particularly ones Individual rights.
Our political classes have been over run by Opportunists with mad agendas paid for by special interest groups. Citizens are now the enemy . Voting blocks tier only friends.
A group that now hide any respectability, with rules Government’s have created to defect any cause & affect on themselves.

It was clear from the moment Obama appeared on the scene that he was going to be the most useless, divisive, incompetent president *ever*, and it should have been obvious to anyone with half a brain.
The fact that he was elected a second time is even more astounding.
A president that does not love his country is always a terrible president.

This is actually a very clever strategy. If the 2016 Presidential candidate can represent their campaign as running against a discredited, tired incumbent, so much the better.
Sure it’s disingenuous and obvious to most readers here. But it stands a good chance at tricking the average voter.
To build on Revnant Dream’s thesis: if governance is all about interest groups and oligarchs, then politics must thus consist of clever trickery and manipulation. Sound familiar? 🙁
