28. Johnbrooks, that’s not a bad guess, but Marc Gallant is a photographer at the Winnipeg Free Press, so we can safely assume this photo was taken in Manitoba. There’s no obvious or natural reason to get Alberta in there. I’m afraid it’s just dumb.
