    Mr Indidis, a former spokesman for the Kenyan judiciary, claims Pontius Pilate was guilty of “judicial misconduct, abuse of office, bias and prejudice”: he would like the result overturned, and Jesus’s good name cleared. The Kenyan high court refused to hear the case, on the grounds that it lacked jurisdiction over proceedings that took place more than two thousand years ago..

  10. Rather difficult when the plaintiff, the defendant and all the witnesses are dead. Love the line “Pontius Pilate was guilty of “judicial misconduct, abuse of office, bias and prejudice”: he would like the result overturned, and Jesus’s good name cleared.”
    Mr Indidis is lucky he’s not living 2000 years ago or he would have found out just how important he was. Anyway…Jesus can clear his own name when he comes back, if he feels like it. Since his crucifixion was political I doubt if he would bother. His good name has already been cleared. Don’t know many followers that worship Pontius Pilate.

  12. About 20 minutes ago, I posted this comment on CBC.Ca. The topic is the recent accusations made by the aboriginal community where they believe that the Canadian government used them for medical experiments in the 40`s and 50`s. Of course my comment is not conducive to the brainwashing agenda of our paid for by the taxpayer network. This is my comment that was disabled. I guess I don`t have a right to freedom of expression on CBC.

  15. Good one, but did you honestly think the CBC would print anything logical to do with their beloved Indians. You could have added that they should get a life, get a job and get out of the taxpayers wallet. That would have been disabled in one minute or less. Try saying something negative about Suzuki or gay pride if you really want to be kicked off in a hurry. CBC speaks for all Canadians,as long as you say what they want to hear.

    which of course is what would need to occur; for this appeal to be successful. Further, Caesar Tiberius would have to overturn Pontius Pilate’s verdict; posthumously upon appeal. Caesar Tiberius would then have to raise JC from the dead to make him ‘whole with the Empire’. It would appear JC didn’t need help in rising from the dead, as he was the first rock and roll star, if you count tombstones…

  18. I don’t bother commenting on CBC, it’s a pointless exercise.
    Regarding the latest claims of aboriginal abuse:
    It’s the current ‘victim fad’ to assume that aboriginals were singled out for unusual treatment in the past. Aboriginal children were not uniquely singled out for any tests or experiments. All institutionalized people were used for tests and experiments in those times.
    You can’t realistically evaluate history with today’s standards, you have to use the standards and norms of the time.

    On June 30 , 1970, at Gardner Auction House on Langarth Street In London Ontario, I was the successful bidder at auction of Donnelly Family memorabilia, for the only known photograph of the ill fated James & Johannah Donnelly as advertised in the London Free Press.
    The Roman Catholic Irish immigrant Donnelly family was massacred in Biddulph Township encompassing Lucan Ontario, by a group of local vigilantes, in 1880.
    The July 1, 1970 edition of the London Free Press, carries some details including naming ME as the successful bidder for the only known photo of James & Johannah Donnelly.
    In my naivite at that auction sale time I neglected to ensure ‘provenance‘ of the photo as offered at sale time to buyers, by the Gardner Auction House , instead, accepting the London Free Press advertisement as the photograph
    being of James & Johannah Donnelly.
    I am holding fast to that, today!
    Inasmuch as this same photograph has been used by self-styled authorities/ collectors and self-publishers in the past, I have chosen my own path by leaving that photograph outside the realm of the Lucan Donnelly Museum to a highly respected Canadian in DELISLE Saskatchewan , to do with it, whatever she wishes!
    To my knowledge, there is no person alive today to dispute that photograph is NOT being that of James & Johannah Donnelly in front of a log home with “Dick, the horse and Joe the dog” as inscribed on the reverse of the photo , barely visible in lead pencil.
    I am also in the process of advising a goodly number of Newspaper persons and journalists to make them aware that my former James & Johannah Donnelly photograph is in the possession of someone in DELISLE Saskatchewan, despite her having gracefully declined to take possession of it, when initially offered.
    Mailed today, Priority Post from Woodstock to DELISLE Saskatchewan.
    The Donnelly story is true early Canadiana and perhaps one day, DELISLE Saskatchewan will also enter into the James & Johannah photo narrative included in the Donnelly saga on the Roman Line, near Lucan in Ontario,.

  22. I also have stopped commenting at the CBC. Their heavy-handed censoring ruins dialogue. I think they have lost a fair number of people who used to post. I think they fail to realize that part of the point of discussion boards is to get alternative views and explore issues. Instead they have opted for one-sided “discussion”. That’s fine. Everyone there can just continue talking to themselves and reinforcing their critically unchallenged view of the world until they disappear into complete irrelevance.
