  1. For the “Your moral and intellectual superiors” file, here’s MSNBC anchor Ed Schultz:

“Now, you’ve got a budget of three and a half trillion dollars in this fiscal year. This will take $85 billion out of it. That’s [snip] near a third….You can’t take 30, you can’t take 30 percent of operational money out and expect to have the same product. You can’t do it! It’s impossible!”

The low information voters are in good hands.

  2. Bob Rae + Theresa Spence + Idle No More + UN + Uncle Mo …. who is keeping an eye on our money? Besides thes parasites that is.

  3. It’s national vagina day…this hot MP asked anyone to nominate some conservative vagina’s so i said Kate, Kathy and Shelia… I’ll probably live through this…right..?..

  5. Already screwed up national vagina day…Asked Kady O about aborting little girls after ultrasound…the term is sex selective abortion…Happy Vagina Day!

  6. “Cigarette litter is equal to all the other kinds of litter combined in its destruction of our beaches,” Mackintosh said.
I don’t know about that statement. It seems to be a little sensational to me. But anyways, the NDP gov’t of Manitoba is banning smoking on beaches.
There is already laws against littering, why would they not enforce those rather than banning smoking?

What is happening to Carl Campeau?
    Where is the outrage?

  8. Anyone have a look at the Alberta Budget yet? Perhaps I should say the Alberta Spending Plan. I can’t believe how much this province has changed over the last 10 years. We should have a huge saving fund for our children and their children but instead, the Red Ford government has chosen to borrow money from my children to pay for their stupid election promises. I’m coming up on retirement, time to start planning an exit.

  9. wallyj, that wouldn’t advance the agenda. Big gulps next, not that I have ever bought one.
    Syncrdox, links please.
original rick, George Soros was not amusing having his flunkies losing the mayoralty of Toronto. Lets see how this plays out. I suspect that this is just part of the ongoing effort to cause Ford trouble.

  10. Hugo Chavez, under glass, forever and ever .. ??
Canada’s Petit gar and Iran’s Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Venezuela are they there to grieve or take notes on the “glass encasement” ???

  11. Syncrodox — Calling International Women’s Day “national vagina day” is crude, and references to “hotties” on a discussion board that includes both men and women of many different backgrounds and with many different perspectives is inappropriate and unnecessarily provocative. This is not a men’s only locker room.

  12. When is international men’s day ? I’m gonna complain to the Federal dept. for the status of men.

  13. I know.. the correct term would be International Communist Vagina Day. Some people have no respect.

2013 was due to be year of the ‘solar maximum’
As this picture shows, in fact the sun is incredibly calm – baffling experts”
    […]
“‘Something unexpected’ Really? I was reading predictions that something like this would happen nearly ten years ago. Certain solar scientists that have developed theories that predicted a reduction in solar activity are completely ignored by NASA, as that organisation is absolutely wedded to the idea of human-caused global warming. They cannot accept the idea that the Sun itself might be the main driver of climate change. The fact that we have had no warming for the last decade and a half combined with the fact that solar activity has declined, although not proof that the Sun is the main driver, this certainly gives the activists sleepless nights…

  16. Hey! I’m not seeing any posts for Mar 8/13
Is there something-up with the site? Readers Tips is the most recent post I’m seeing.

  17. Yesterday a bunch of Latin American revolutionaries and Canadian communists held a candlelight vigil for the dead dictator Comandante Chavez. I made a small video to commemorate the event:

  20. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/mar/7/lyons-benghazi-cover-continues-nearly-six-months-l/
LYONS: Benghazi cover-up continues, nearly six months later
Unanswered questions linger on 9/11 attacks
    ….
“Tanker aircraft could have followed the F-16s, which would have permitted them to remain on station over Benghazi for hours. They may not have been able to save Stevens or Sean Smith, but they certainly could have saved our two Navy SEALs, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty. They would have carried out attacks on the jihadist that Woods had illuminated with his laser, instead of allowing Woods and Doherty to become the targets.
We also had the Marine fully armed 130-man Force-Recon Team at Sigonella, Italy, which could have been in Benghazi in a few hours. Also, why was no request made to the Turkish and Italian consulates or the UK Benghazi security team to provide assistance?
Clearly, the cover-up on Benghazi continues. Further, no action has been taken to capture or kill those responsible for the attack. Personnel rescued from the SMC and the CIA annex have been held incommunicado. Congress must find the courage to appoint a Special Prosecutor with appropriate staff and subpoena authority to call in all personnel involved, including those rescued, and make them testify under oath. Nothing less is acceptable.
Retired Adm. James A. Lyons was commander in chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet and senior U.S. military representative to the United Nations.”
If you didn’t think they were lying before, you should definitely reconsider your position…
like I’ve been saying all along. Kudos on the request for a Special Prosecutor!

  21. Well done. I wonder how many attendees were on the public teat. Didn’t hear many wondering how Chavez managed to skim more than 2 billion dollars either. I think emptying the nut houses and turning these people loose was a big mistake. I would gladly chip in to send them all on a one way trip to the country they seem to adore.
