  1. That fellow is so fair-minded it is nauseating: “I’m not ungrateful or unrealistic. I fully understand the scope of the economic problems at both the state and federal level and the need for everyone to pay their fair share.” If he is not responsible for the problem, his “fair share” is – ZERO. Instead we get all of these bleating noises.
    The US at present is one vast lunatic asylum, but the hardest core lunatics are in California.

    It will take a lawsuit, preferably a huge class action lawsuit, demanding compensatory damages, punitive damages and expenses in Federal court, challenging the constitutionality of this ex post facto elimination of the tax credit. It’ll take a huge legal b*tch-slapping to get the Democrat fascists mis-ruling California to start to obey the US Constitution.
