  1. Republican party is toast. Conservatives in the US should borrow from the Alberta liberals playbook and infiltrate. American Conservatives should be joining the Democrat party in droves.

Ran into this by accident a couple of days agao and was pleasantly surprised. Sticks around ones brain surprisingly long after hearing.
After the M4GW Climategate video debacle on youtube where the number of hits was reset to 0 on almost a daily basis I have absolutely no trust of how many hits a particular youtube video has recieved, but the number of hits of Gangnam Style, if even close to accurate, is a new record.

“Of course, Martin was also there representing Canadian interests in the region. SNC Lavalin has held construction contracts in Libya for decades, and a new bidding process was now opening up for drilling lots in the Libyan Sahara. Oil, or at least, the promise of it, was drawing corporations and politicians once again. It was certainly a factor in Europe’s sudden coziness with Gadhafi following his purported conversion.
Fast-forward six years and the seemingly timeless regime faces extinction. And Canada and its allies are no longer willing to share the political bed with this particular leader.”
