That seems to be the solution to every governments spending problem. Just keep raising taxes and user fees until there are riots in the streets. What is happening in Europe is just a preview of what will happen here in the not too distant future. No matter who is elected in the USA, and Canada will be about 6 months behind them. The USA is our largest trading partner and there is no way to avoid the damage when they go off the cliff. With Obama in charge it’s guaranteed and with Romney it’s still 90%. Ron Paul would have been the best bet but that is unlikely. Gonna be a rough ride. Stock up on ammo and dry food.
