He’s already been a key figure helping Tim Ball in the legal fight with the UVA establishment, which has spent over a million dollars helping Michael Mann to hide emails. The case was launched by Michael Mann, but could turn out to do a huge favor to skeptics — the discovery process is a powerful tool, and we all know who has been hiding their methods, their data, and their work-related correspondence.
Tim Ball and John O’Sullivan are helping all the free citizens of the West. The burden should not be theirs alone. There are many claims for help at the moment, but that is a sign that the grand scam is coming to a head.

Truer words were never stated about this global climate scam. Confronting the forces driving the junk science, media hysteria and draconian solutions to fraudulent climate change danger, are the 21st century equivalent of our struggle with fascism/communism in the 20th century. We need to learn the lessons of history and not be a Neville Chamberlin with the forces of climate tyranny while they can still be defeated without much loss.
Those leading the fight deserve all the support we can give them.

Dr. Timothy Ball deserves our support. The legal costs may amount to $300,000 of which a third has already been donated.
If 200 AGW skeptics/deniers would donate $1,000. each, the legal expenses would be taken care of. I’m sending my $1,000 today.
Besides, exposure of the Mann-made AGW hockey stick scam would be worth it.

Someone should talk to Tim Ball about adding the ability to donate online. This snailmailing of a check is so 18th century. Was going to contribute $100 to his defense fund but I have no idea where my checks are as it’s been quite a while since I’ve written one relying either on cash transactions or online transfers.
Perhaps someone with experience in online sales could help out Tim Ball in this regard as it would result in far more money coming in for his legal expenses.

I may be a fixed income retiree, but having argued, debated and written many e-mails and letters to the editor on this issue, I felt it was time to walk the walk – and this is as fine a way to do so as any.

Don’t forget folks, Weaver and Mann will have all of their costs covered by the same ‘NGO’s and ‘charitable groups’ that are funded by Tides and Dogwood.
