    Handily enough, she can confront that someone any time she chooses.
    Assuming, of course, she has access to some sort of reflective surface.

  8. Rumour had it that my Quebecois grandmother had 17 kids. Not all of them lived of course — miscarriages, deadly childhood diseases, etc. were common 100 years ago. But I think 13 kids lived. That’s a family of 15, supported by one man — my grandfather.
    Although they were dirt poor, grandpa never took welfare and when the family went through the Great Depression, my mother tells that they used to share with people who were less fortunate — their supper table always had visitors to feed in addition to the family of 15: “We simply put some water in the soup to make it stretch”. She said it was one of the most happy times of her life — lots of interesting people, conversation and laughing. That’s how the poor survived the economic depression — with a positive sharing attitude.
    What would people do in North America today if there was a great depression? They would slit each other’s throats, and heads would roll in the streets. The entitlement generation is prepared for nothing but selfish acts of maximum narcissism.

    this example of Third World hopelessness inside Canada — is the result of political correctness gone mad.
    To be sure, there are other factors involved. But political correctness is the root cause. It has paralyzed our political and bureaucratic establishments against taking the bold action necessary to give aboriginal-Canadians a fresh start, a new chance at being autonomous and self-reliant. It has made throwing money at First Nations’ problems the only acceptable course of action. It has made it impossible for Ottawa to impose standards on aboriginal leaders or to demand accountability for the billions spent on reserves by taxpayers or even to offer much advice about how band councils should manage their affairs. The instant a non-aboriginal suggests First Nations leaders are complicit in their own communities’ difficulties — as soon as someone suggests the cause is anything other than lack of federal funding — allegations of racism are made that instantly put an end to the discussion.
    Reserve residents are themselves often concerned about the local state of affairs. But few politicians and bureaucrats are willing to listen because even doing that much is construed as an indirect insult to the competence of First Nations’ leaders.
    If the local fire department couldn’t douse flames at a campsite, if the truck stop built with federal grants alongside the highway through the reserve goes belly up or if gang violence turns a community into a war zone, political correctness dictates the problem must be too few taxpayer funds, not mismanagement, corruption or incompetence.

  18. Maybe the accountability should be that her choice of male companionship could be a little more responsible, but then that would mean she probably wouldn’t be getting pregnant all the time.
    Just very sorry for the children who are having their primary role model teaching them how NOT to go about living life!
    Where is her FATHER??????

    Hey, Michelle Duggar is 45 and is still having kids. She’s at number 20 I think. The difference (besides the reality show) is that the Duggars take care of their kids, provide for them, and there is only ONE baby daddy….
    If Angel or whatever her name is, lived in Canada, she’d have it made….a cheque for each kid, times 2 for the under 5’s thanks to the child care supplement….

    Enough is enough, we have our own domestic problems with our Aboriginals, let Africa take care of itself.

  36. Reminds me of a schizophrenic woman I saw some decades back who’d had 10 kids — all of whom were seized by child protection agencies. Never could understand why she wasn’t sterilized after the first kid back then.
    Now I realize that people like that are social workers wet dreams; this family of 16 will likely need an equal number of social workers to “care” for them, more jail guards will be employed to handle the adult children when they follow in their fathers footsteps and lawyers who defend them will pay off their houses faster as a result of their actions. A colossal waste of money which could have been easily prevented through the use of a couple of $5 surgical clips on her fallopian tubes after the birth of her first child.

  39. There are two competing reproductive strategies: the Swan model, and the Guppy model.
    In the Swan model, parents have a small number of offspring, and take care of them.
    In the Guppy model, the parents have a shirtload of offspring, and leave them to their own devices.
    Guess which reproductive strategy is more successful?

  44. Hey she had 15 kids, some of them should be working jobs by now. I was 11 when I got my first paying job. Honestly people, your kids are not there to be supported and live coddled lives. Put em to work.

  49. The system in the states forces this type of thing. She’s probably not too bright. It forces you to be crooked.
