It is a maxim of modern Canada that the religious should be seen and not heard. The Christians should not be heard because they hold radical beliefs, which were once quite conventional. The Muslims should not be heard because they too hold radical beliefs, but radical beliefs (i.e. very socially conservative ones) that do not fit into the mushy concepts of multiculturalism. In the Cult of Multicult the villains are always old angry white folk with John Deere caps, the heroes are colourfully dressed and skinned immigrants…
One of the recurring themes in my multiculturalism posts is that it will likely be the immigrants who destroy the Cult of Multicult. A policy driven in no small part by white liberal guilt can only be destroyed by the objects of that guilt rejecting it. Of course the WASP elite could stop feeling guilty about their country’s history, but let’s not hope for miracles…
What are “colourfully dressed and skinned immigrants”? I had to read it twice to make sure that that was what it said. Just wondering.

Yeah, “dressed and skinned” can have an entirely different connotation.
I get it, my bad, it implies the word clourfully precedes the word “skinned” as well. as in “colourfully dressed and clourfully skinned immigrants.”

I for one am totally against skinning immigrants. I always liked the thought of being part of the Empire with the Queen and all. Just don’t make me watch British TV. By tiptoeing around Quebec we have become less British but considerably more American. Les Quebecois have become considerably more American too.

The irony is this: The libs asserted they’re all for women’s liberation and stuff but they’re quite content to allow males to practice their medieval cultural norms at the expense of immigrant women and gays. No. It’s not the ‘only’ way.
It can be destroyed by white conservatives getting off their arses.
A civilisation destroys itself from within. We no longer accept and celebrate the values that made our civilisation great and then allow the barbarians in. We’ve seen it with the Roman Empire.
Once their pets take over, White Guilt will not be a problem since their won’t be many left to perpetuate the insanity. These folks don’t even breed.

It would be interesting to see a modern customized replica P-08 though. Not sure if any have ever been made? If they functioned as well as a custom 1911 I’d definitely be interested in one for the novelty.
An old Walter P-38 in mint condition would be nice also, I can’t stand the “plastic guns”, bought my first Walther polymer frame gun a little over a year ago, shoots like crap and has been in for warranty for over 6 months now. I was told last week that they can’t get the parts they need and will most likely replace the gun from the factory. Sticking to steel from here on in ……..
On the thread topic, it will be interesting to see how this big polygamy case in BC will play out. The left seems to be at strange odds as to how they can burn the Christian polygamists yet save the Muslim polygamists from any fallout.
In the end who cares, save for the fact that we end up paying 2-4 times the welfare subsidies for the Muslim polygamists because they are not self sufficient or morally/ culturally predisposed to refuse a handout as the many Christian ones are.
