  1. A perfect little multi-culti isn’t he.
Surprised he didn’t demand the government pay him for his hurt feelings and brilliant plan.

  2. the IAS (indian al sharpton) stereo types in the very manner he’s humping his gums about, neither McVeigh nor Breivik are fundementalists, McVeigh was a liberaltarian

  3. Robert, OMNI-TV? You’re having to scrape the bottom of the barrel pretty hard to find that one.
He’s a ‘tard. I managed to watch him for maybe 12 seconds before clicking him off with the full certainty that there’s NOTHING that guy wouldn’t say if he thought it would get him in front of a camera.
I’ve never even heard of him before, and I probably would have if he’d said word one after any of the 17,000+ Mooooselem attacks. So his shut-upery is pretty selective.

  4. What. An idiot.
Perhaps Mr. Kashmeri would like to tell the viewers why he lives in Canada. Perhaps the inbred fascists in his former homeland were inspired by the writings of a fanatic whose name we dare not mention lest we get into trouble!

  5. It is interesting that the left always calls for censorship of everything they do not believe in.

  6. You people are so stupid.
You want to blame somebody for Anti-Western street scum like Zuhair Kashmeri?
Blame Canada’s Elites like Ted Rogers, the guy who started Omni TV and all other “Multicultural” TV you watch in Canada.
He started it,he funded it,and he promoted it.

  7. 17,000 doesn’t sound credible.
Having lived in Sudan, I think the actual number is much higher.

  8. In protest, I am calling for a boycott on all Omni TV sponsors.
SDA members, please do not patronize Ahmed’s Camel Rental Service, or Star of Punjab Curry Powder Mix.
    Thank you.

  9. Thanks for that, setyoufree. I was trying to find that site with no luck … I didn’t have the ‘the’ at the beginning of the address.

  10. Phantom et al:
I subscribe to SDAMatt2’s most excellent YouTube channel. To see anyone renewing the call for censorship, and thus suppression of free speech, after everything that has occurred to Steyn, Levant, et al over the past few years is proof positive of how vigilant we must all still be.

I agree exept I think we should be even more aware. The forces of Dictatorship are well advanced & as slick as butter in a frying pan.

  12. Blah blah blah…fundamentalist Christians are the problem here…give me a break. Go back to where you came from asshole. You could only be so lucky that you live in a country with a christian heritage…not like the muslim shithole you came from. Man I get angry when I here crap like this.

  13. Why do septic assholes like Kashmeri get away with calling McVeigh and Breivik Christian fundamentalists? They both self-identified as non-believers – Breivik in his rambling manifesto and McVeigh verbally, right up to his execution.
I find it a bit painful to point this out as I’m agnostic/non-proselytizing atheist myself. Don’t believe in bearded men in the sky or even unicorns but, fair’s fair and, anyway, both loons were guided by their politics – not by religious conviction.
    Robert:
Who the hell is that vile creature? I’ve never heard of him before, and I have a sinking feeling that he could be a Canadian university professor. Please enlighten us.

  14. What this clown Kashmeri fails to realize is that it could just as easily be his views that could end up being censored.

  15. Doesn’t this moron realize that freedom of speech is a basic human right? Or perhaps he’s one of the HRC’s deluded idiots who believes that freedom from being offended is a basic human right. There’s obviously a logical inconsistency here; I find his views very offensive and so he’s violating my human rights according to his definition. Presumably the HRC resolves this dilemma by bringing skin color into the equation. If so, I win again; after a summer of tree planting I was quite a bit darker than he is so all I have to do is lie on Wreck Beach for a summer and my views will trump his. What a strange world these people must live in.

  16. “Human lives are more important than abstract notions like unfettered freedom of expression. Think about it.” — Zuhair Kashmeri
Ok, I will…. Done. What a horrible thing to say.

  17. Here’s probably more than anyone really wants to know about this smug hypocrite: he enjoys all the advantages of the freedoms we have in Canada and uses them against us. Notice with whom he’s associated. I wish Jason Kenney would round up these traitors to our freedoms and provide a re-education course: take it, amend your ways, or back to your country of origin.
    “Zuhair (Kash) Kashmeri…
“…started his print media career at The Indian Express in Bombay and as a freelance reporter for the Associated Press of America. He then spent 13 years at The Globe and Mail in Toronto, covering diverse sectors, including the Middle East and Islam (he did the first major interview in North America with Yasser Arafat and his commanders for a Globe series called ‘Inside the PLO’), Criminal Justice (he led the news media in the coverage of the Air India bombing of 1985), Human Rights, Diversity, Business & Finance, international trade. For several years, he reviewed books on Islam and the Middle East for the Globe. After the Globe, he spent three years as senior news editor and writer at Toronto’s alternative weekly, NOW magazine, with a mandate to hire and train visible minority writers. Among the writers he introduced into the business was author Naomi Klein. . . .” Good Lord, deliver us!

Actually, his web site says he lives in Niagara on-the-Lake and runs a bed and breakfast with his wife. He says he’s a “dreamer”. I can be too: wouldn’t it be lovely if folks like us descended on his establishment week after week with our Mark Steyn T-shirts, mugs, and CDs and hung around conspicuously reading and discussing Steyn, Levant, Gairdner, Coulter, Limbaugh, National Review, etc.” Courts and/or HRCs have ruled that B & Bs can’t discriminate re who may stay on their premises (homosexual activists versus observant Christians) so if “Kash” didn’t like the presence of Canadians exercising their freedom rights, too bad. (One can dream . . .)

Or the Chair of one of our HRCs…

  19. So, Zuhair Kashmeri talks about stereotypes propogated by the media (he mentions Macleans and Steyn, in particular): ” … that all Muslims are terrorists, that all blacks are criminals, and so on …”
So, Mr. Kashmeri, you stopped short of braying the most pernicious of stereotypes –“that all whites are racists.”
Of course. Stereotypes are a one-way street, aren’t they?

  20. Sorry, lookout, I just read your comment, covering the same bio details of this “freedom fighter”!

  21. Perhaps someone should tell him to take his Saudi Pali values and norms and move to an Islamic Hell Hole. Imagine wanting a group of like minded borgets to censor the media via a multicultural counsil, jesus wept what they usually mean is a Sharia Law counsil.

  22. Loki asks: “Doesn’t this moron realize that freedom of speech is a basic human right?”
Rhetorical I know, but really this guy’s problem is he thinks Canada is invulnerable. He thinks he can say and do any damn thing, for his very own benefit, and the nice big free country will still be there tomorrow morning.
That’s what makes hm a moron. The damn-fool “argument” of his is just a symptom.
