Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Thanks for posting this Kate – confirms my suspicions. There are a couple of names I want to check when I am able.
Nope there is no bias in the media…
Nothing to see here, move along, move along.

Aw come on – They were just looking for the top ten best – on the next season of “Cribs”.
It’s really not about politics 🙂
Shameless blogwhoring: A possible explanation for this phenomenon.

Ric
It will interesting to see what the ratio is this November and in 2012. At 88% that’s not much less than the ratio for blacks in ’08. Blacks have an excuse – what’s the MSM’s?
Only 88%??? If the same figures were available here in Canada, the figure would be more like 99.9%.
“Obama, Democrats got 88 percent of 2008 contributions by TV network execs, writers, reporters.”
So I guess the cash Soros spread to buy himself a Dem President, never made it to the official ledgers.
Typical.
Putting their money where their mouth is.
But.. but.. but.. we understand fairy tales, we write them.
did that consider FOX’s 42K contribution to the “cause”???
Nothing to see move on, MSM is not an arm of progressive liberalism no sir-ree-bob nope fair and unbiased is Liberal MSM.
I just call it collusion. In fact I would speculate most of the foreign contributers where using News net sites.
He was the progressive wet dream candidate. Never worked. Religion is a sham in Obama’s mind, only Islam has any attraction. This excited the old dead MSM. He talked like them. Acted like them. With basically the same values. None or Quixotic left relativist nonsense.
He hated America as does its elite. Its people divided Slaves on an indistinguishable collective ride by the Marxist media. While they the Intelligent Elite guide all, & are recompensed for their infallible wisdom. With all the power plus money they can squeeze from the helots.
Now this group faces a Religious World predator with a weak reed. With no knowledge since reason fled along time ago.
Nobody! Even invaders don’t like traitors.
Look up a little history to see the usual fate of the turncoats of mans inglorious moments.
The Old Media, Will face a judgment day of its very existence, in fact the public have already by monetary foot, booted them off the Island.

Check out photo of Obama (in Mom-jeans,on a girls bike) at Drudge.
I’ll just put this quote from the link right here . . .
“Disclosure of the heavily Democratic contributions by influential employees of the three major broadcast networks follows on the heels of controversy last week when it was learned that media baron Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp. contributed $1 million to the Republican Governors Association.”
they ALL do it.
Sammy, I saw that pic. He looks like almost a large a dork as Count Iggula does on a bike. Can’t any of these girly-men ride a decent mountain bike? Or at least get their narrow little butts off the SEAT?
Can you imagine Barry on a horse? BWAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!
I miss George. He looked like business on a bike, and he rode hard enough to crash once in a while. And he could move a freakin’ hay bale from one place to another by himself.
yeah beagle, but one side pretends they don’t.
That’d be -your- side.
Phantom,
Bush could bench press his own weight ( around 175 pound) and he was in his 60s!
I doubt Obama can lift more than half his own weight ( he probably weighs no more than 130, he is really skin and bone ) and he is in his 40s.
I’d bet Ignatief can only bench press the bar alone without weights!
No matter how far we’ve come along with “equality”, feminism and whatever “isms”, women still tend to prefer muscular/strong men.
And men tend to be more accepting of a leader if he has physical strenght or size.
We may be modern “civilized” humans with computers and cell phones but deep inside we still have a primitive part of our brain that judges people the same way we did when we lived in caves.
Not a big intellectual point I have here, I’ll be the first to say, but not one to ignore either.
Revnant Dream; love your posts. You have a unique way of conveying informaion – part peotry and part cut-up technique. However, I must point out that there are a couple of areas you could improve on to vastly increase the impact of your writing. I am aware that you are posting on a blog – which does not require acedemic level writing and your clarity is adequate in that one can get the gist of what you are saying. That being said, as an english teacher, I can not help pointing out the folowing, for the sole purpose of increasing the impact of your thoughful and original comments. I would emil you directly; however, I have no idea who you are, so please excuse my public corrections.
I have noted that you confuse than and then which is quite common.
There are free spell check and grammer check programs for both explorer and firefox programs you can download for free.
Your punctuation cuts your ideas off midway. When in doubt use a dash or semi colon to separate your ideas.
I sincerely hope I have not offended you. I am only trying togive your thoughts the credibility they deserve; believe it or not, some people judge others ideas according to their writing mechanics.
Please keep posting your profound and insightful comments. Do not drop your cut up style. I find it very effective and original. I hope I have not offende you in anyway. I am only trying to asssist you in raising your credibility level – to include the elites.
Some suggestions; than as opposed to then.

I hope I have not offended you in anyway
Not in the least. Its the truth after all.
Its no joke when I say I leaned to read & spell by comics.
On AOL I used to be the worst speller on line. I driven some folks nuts with the way I use there. I try, but a writer I’m not unfortunately. (O:}
Since you brought up word usage this may surprise you?
In Alberta Than has pretty much replaced then by ear. The local argot has a silent E & G. Ken replaces C. Like in using can (adjective) it morphs phonically as Ken. Its fascinating watching your language develop right in front of you. The web is doing the same for written English by texting.
As for spoken English, its hard to calculate the effect. All these Anglo sphere lands. Having their own unique dialects. With all that entails, in whats becoming a meta-cultural menagerie of ideas & words.
How the language will develop is anyones guess.
