Why this blog?
Until this moment I have been forced to listen while media and politicians alike have told me "what Canadians think". In all that time they never once asked.
This is just the voice of an ordinary Canadian yelling back at the radio -
"You don't speak for me."

Not very nice of the new guy on the block to diss the welcome wagon.
Maybe Al was expecting a free abdominal massage to help him pass some gas, for which he would no doubt buy carbon credits from his own company to pay for his eco-sin of farting.
Looks like Al hasn’t realized he’d do better on the wagon.
Susuki is big on waterfront property too. This is odd for a couple of cultists who claim 30 foot increases in water levels unless we do their bidding.
A noted elsewhere these eco-freaks/alarmists/greenies have bizarre role models.
But then like most cults….the lifestyle of the guru is irrelevant to the flakey flock…….

Bang on, nick. These guys don’t even care about their bald-faced hypocrisy. They think they’re so far above us plebes that they’re beyond reproach.
Any computer graphics guys out there who can make a video juxtaposing Al-Baby’s Manhattan swallowed by water, then the same thing happening to Al-Baby’s new digs? That could be … fun to watch.
Ain’t Al and the Tipster getting divorced? How come they’re buying a new home?
Talnik – so that they’ll have an even number and make the 50/50 split easier. Of course, there may be quality and location differences between them, so they’ll probably have to buy 5 or 6 more before they can do an equal parting.
I figure Al will let Tipper have that one in the settlement.
Seeing as how it will be under water soon, according to him.
What is even more pathetic is that some people believe the bunk that Al and Suzuki are peddling.
Poor old Al. The guy’s reputation goes from highs to lows as regular as…seasonal temperatures.
From US VP to being defeated by hanging chads, the success of An Inconvenient Truth to its devastating critique by a UK court, front page news as a Nobel Prize and Emmy award winner to front page news as a “sex crazed poodle”. And now ungrateful peasants are mocking his carbon footprint. Gaia weeps.
Maybe Gore should slink away from the public eye and work on releasing his second chakra instead of scolding the rest of us about being socially and environmentally conscious.
How the high and mighty have fallen, are falling…to be felled.
Wind has claimed another casualty.
A 3-year old has died as a result of an accident involving a 30′ “residential” wind turbine at Belgravia, Ontario. Apparently the device was partially disassembled for repairs…..
