Somebody is raining down missiles in Canada, what would we do? Not wait ten years to clean them out, is what. Not to mention give the finger to anybody that didn’t like it.

That’s what makes the Lefties so full of it on this issue. It isn’t about the poor put-upon Palestinians with the Left, any more than its about the environment, public safety or women’s rights.
“What Would We Do?”
Going by what Canada has done about the natives in Caledonia. Nothing.
What would Canada do if under attack by terrorists? To be fair and accurate, we’ll have to completely differentiate between the Canadian people and their estranged Canadian leadership and so-called elites.
But we don’t have to muse on theoretical situations. At Caledonia, Canada was attacked in the heartland of Ontario by organized terrorists for several years.
Canadian private and public lands and properties seized by terrorists; local Canadian citizens living in fear. How did the leaders of the federal and provincial governments react? For several years, they equivocated, trying to duck the crisis, avoiding their legal and moral duty to protect Canadians, enforce the law, capture these terrorists and restore the safety and property of Canadian citizens. Nor do I recall hearing or reading any resounding calls from the chattering classes, or in the MSM, calling on the leaders of the govt to stand up, act decisively and do their duty to protect the people and restore law and order.
As for the Canadian people, in the event (God forbid!) of a Canadian 9/11, the people would be outraged, come together and be ready to act.
However, Caledonia, I’m afraid, is the precedent and template of how the leadership would react. Whether or not the national leadership would collectively act rightly and decisively; whether or not the Ont-Que elites in the so-called chattering classes & MSM would support doing so, is a question, at least in my mind. Not French or English but appeasement-denial-cultural-self-blame is their native tongue.
Dave in Pa, I think you’re pretty close to 100% on your points, except for the second-last paragraph. I am *absolutely certain* there would be many in our country who would react with unholy glee in the event of a Canadian 9/11, including our own SDA trolls. After all, we deserve it for sending our troops to Iraq and Afstan, not to mention things like Aboriginal residential schools and well, um, the oil sands. Mother Gaia herself cries out for her faithful guardians in the Taliban to avenge her dying wails!

The judges of the Supreme Court are up to their ermines in treachery against the Canadian electorate. We in Canada are victims to some extent though, not to the extent of Israel. Canada, under Stephen Harper has been a huge supporter of Israel. Christians always tend to be pro-Israel and I think Jews in general are slowly beginning to see this.

Dave in PA and Allan, to compare the Mohawk Doofus Society stick-up in Caledonia to Hamas and Hisblowup is like comparing a pimple to a necrotic limb.
They are medium size organized crime, they focus on smuggling smokes and dope, they’d very much like to get into the casino business. This is what I hear.
They have yet to kill anybody, much less rain down hundreds of rockets per week on the rest of the vicinity, although some big talkers have made dark hints they might like to.
That’s because they are playing the “victim of racism” card. The minute they don’t look like victims anymore, that’s when the gravy train stops. The only thing keeping these dorks in place is government assistance and they know it.
A nasty, unsightly pimple is what they are. Dangerous and scary? Sure, maybe if you got caught by them in a dark alley alone. Otherwise, not so much.

The two ‘New Black Panther’ intimidators have received a pass by Eric Holder’s (in)Justice Dept. despite both video evidence and testimony by a now resigned lawyer in the DoJ.
Beck showed video footage of the same Panther saying “I hate white people. All of them. Every last iota of a cracker, I hate him”.
He goes on to exhort his fellow black Americans: “You want freedom? You’re gonna have to kill some crackers. You’re gonna have to kill some of their babies.”
