Good evening ladies and gentlemen, welcome to SDA Late Nite Radio.
Tonight, for your delectation, here is Jacob Venndt demonstrating ¤
a wide variety of Suzuki harmonicas and related styles (5:26). With this
technology, we could do a four-man harmonica klezmer band: clarinet,
violin, base, and oy! (On the other hand, the F-64C is $4,000 😉
Your Reader Tips are, as always, welcome in the comments.

Vitruvius, the monster harmonicas are amazing! I had no idea such things existed.
From the evil taxman files:
“Woman’s Home Confiscated Over Small Water Bill
One raw day in early February, Vicki Valentine stood by helplessly as real estate investors snatched her West Baltimore home over what began with an unpaid city water bill of $362.”

Great interview with Gov. Brewer on Fox. She states that no one from the Federal Government has contacted her about the Illegal Immigration law though she has begged for help from them to stop the destruction of her state.

Recent lists released from the Border Patrol show hundreds of aliens from the muslim world, Pakistan, Gaza, Yemen, etc. have been arrested crossing the border with no idea how many have succeeded in entering the US. As the official stated he didn’t think they were coming to cut lawns.
I am at a loss to understand why the US politicians and their leftist allies would want millions more illegals to pour into the US seeing the destruction, crime and social costs shown by Arizona.
Now the Feds has passed laws allowing them control over the Banks to allegedly stop exactly what the Democrats with Fannie Mae and Freddy allowed to happen and Obama took Citibank to court to force it to lend to people who could not afford a mortgage to get on. Naturally Freddie and Fannie are not addressed in this new bill which creates a new bureaucracy to monitor compliance.
ET, what is the next chapter in your accurate book on Obama going to tell us?
One of his best articles yet in my opinion. He’s right on about Obama.
The Fruits of Weakness
Brazil and Turkey realize there’s nothing to fear from Obama and everything to gain from ingratiating yourself with America’s rising adversaries.

http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/canada-to-join-us-in-new-emissions-standards-for-trucks/article1577190/
“Canada will join the United States in setting new emissions standards for heavy trucks, Environment Minister Jim Prentice announced Friday at a news conference in Vancouver.
The regulations, which will take half a year to develop, will apply to the biggest gas guzzlers on the road including full-sized pickup trucks, delivery vehicles, buses, freight vehicles, service trucks, garbage trucks, dump trucks and tractor trailers.”
How completely asinine. First of all these industries are working very heavily to reduce emissions. First of all it’s good business because the difference between a good and bad tractor trailer is in the low 5 digit range in $$$ per year. Second of all it looks better in the customers eyes. In fact I cannot think of a single industry that does more to reduce emissions.
Not only that, it is actually government regulation getting in our way of increasing MPG. Vastly different regulations between Canada and the US means many units have to tack on extra weight. Not only that, there’s a huge difference across Canada as well. An absolute patchwork of wheelbase laws, wide base single implementation, and boat tails are generally not allowed.
This disallows us from using aerodynamic devices that increase MPG, as well as low rolling resistance tires that increase MPG and payload (about 200 lbs per axle).
Thenyou have sporadic anti-idling laws down south that make no sense. How do you expect us to be able to live without AC in 90-100 degree weather? Not only that, we’re sitting above a hot diesel engine, transmission, and differentials! Try that in your house.
To top it all off you have the EPA regulations of 2003 and 2007 that absolutely killed our engines. Last time I checked most of Canada does not have an air pollution problem. Yet these engines have higher upfront cost, far lower MPG (10-15%), and higher upkeep. I’ll be keeping my 1999 truck for quite a while.
Care to explain why my readers tip wasn’t kept up? Was it because I didn’t talk about music or cheese?

“It’s little wonder that Allan Gregg of Harris-Decima polling told the Canadian Press that the public may have begun to see Mr. Ignatieff as an ‘out of touch, effete, Central Canadian snob.’”

We at SDA have been saying that Iffy’s an effete, out of touch, silver-spoon-in-mouth snob for years: Where’s the media been? Our emphasis, however, is more on his being a snobbish, accidental, out of touch American tourist rather than a concern about his being a Central Canadian.
The Canadian part of Michael Ignatieff is pretty minimal and bottom line is: He doesn’t have a clue about Canada or Canadians. MI, call home and go home — you know? Hahvahd, London, or the south of France.
Bon Voyage.
