  1. HOW THE GOVERNMENT HAS DECLARED WAR ON WHITE ENGLISH PEOPLE
England is in the middle of a profoundly disturbing social experiment. For the first time in a mature democracy, a Government is waging a campaign of aggressive discrimination against its indigenous population.
In the name of cultural diversity, Labour attacks anything that smacks of Englishness. The mainstream public are treated with contempt, their rights ignored, their history trashed. In their own land, the English are being turned into second-class citizens.
This trend was highlighted this week by the case of Abigail Howarth, a bright teenager who applied for a training position with the Environment Agency in East Anglia but was turned down because she was too white and English. The post, which carries a £13,000 grant, was open only to ethnic minorities, including the Scots, Welsh and Irish.

    “use helicopters like scooters”
Helicopters make for trouble in paradise
    By Adam Jones in Paris
    Published: August 10 2007 22:03 | Last updated: August 10 2007 22:03
Most people troubled by aircraft noise are tormented by 747s and other passenger jets. Marinating in wealth, the people of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez have a more upmarket enemy: helicopters.
Now, however, the authorities have decided to act against the constant thrum of rotor blades that are testing the patience of residents and the local representatives of the French government along the high-living stretch of coastline.
Fed up with flagrant breaches of noise regulations, the authorities are set to abandon their polite approach to the problem and shut down one of the busiest helicopter landing pads next week, in the hope that other rogue operators will heed the warning.
Françoise Souliman, a regional official, said the chopper swarms became intolerable last summer as the wealthy sought to avoid traffic jams.
In spite of the introduction of a code of good conduct, she said there were 5,000 take-offs and landings between June and August last year – about four times as many as the limit set for the whole year.
The eight informal landing sites that serve the area have been heavily used this summer too. “There are helicopter sites that receive more than 100 landings a day,” says Michel Perrault, a leading campaigner against the associated noise pollution. The limit is supposed to be 10.
Local officials say that helicopter pilots routinely take off and land outside the narrow time slots within which they are supposed to operate. Many of the people being flown in to the area are coming from Nice and Monaco.
However, Mr Perrault claims that the rich are increasingly using helicopters for the shortest of hops – to the beach, for instance – as if they were mere taxis. “The helicopter: it’s practically a scooter,” he says.
Yet Ms Souliman says the super-rich are not to blame. She says they tend to have their own helicopters and landing pads, and use them discreetly. The problem is linked to the fact that more people can now afford helicopter travel, she argues.
After the rogue landing pad is shut down on Thursday, Mr Perrault and like-minded residents will be watching closely to make sure the crackdown is obeyed.
In the event of backsliding, he claimed that “hundreds” of locals would be willing to take the law into their own hands by physically stopping passengers from entering their choppers.

    Criminal act or religious right?

Nicholas Bala, who is also a law professor at Queen’s University and has written extensively about the issue, believes the law should be referred to the courts – and that it will be upheld. He said the fact that Canada’s 1892 anti-polygamy law has rarely been used does not mean it does not serve an important purpose.
“Our criminal law is related to our immigration law and our family law, and if the law is struck down we would probably have to change our immigration laws and family laws, as well,” he said. “The criminal law sends an important symbolic message. It reflects social values. And I think the vast majority of Canadians do not want to have polygamy in Canada.”
Prof. Bala said the polygamy-as-religious-freedom argument has failed in the United States, India and in Europe, but until Canadian courts rule on it, it is impossible to know where it stands. He likened it to the same-sex marriage situation: “It’s not a coincidence that we’re seeing the issue of polygamy arising now, given the fact that we have changed the traditional definition of marriage on constitutional grounds. It’s reasonable to ask should we continue to change it … I understand the logic behind it, but I don’t think it’s very persuasive.”
However, Katherine Young, a professor of religion at McGill University, believes the legalization of same-sex marriages has changed the rules.
“Once you start to change definitions there can be a whole set of repercussions,” she said. “[Now] you’re going to have to argue whether there’s any substantial reason to restrict marriage to two people. The last argument was whether we have to restrict to two people of different sex, now we have to make an argument why it should be restricted to two. And now we have even weaker grounds for doing it.”

  8. Edmonton Sun – Sat Aug 11
Finally an AB paper has picked up the story re the 16 year old wanted for murder in the US and presently being held in Edmonton. It has already appeared in the TO Star, the Globe and Mail, and the Nashville News.
Apparently after turning himself into RCMP on July 29 at Ft. McMurray he was turned over to the CBSA and somehow arrived in Edmonton.
Apparently he appeared in front of an Immigration/Refugee Board adjudicator(Paul Kyba)who made the decision to release this kid to an uncle living in Edmonton with no restrictions attached while knowing he was wanted by the Nashville police.
Thankfully a federal court judge intervened and held that this decision (Kyba’s) was unreasonable so the kid is still in the youth detention center in Edmonton while the IRB decision is under review.
This would probably be the same Paul Kyba who was the IRB adjudicator sitting Calgary not so long ago. He released a U.S . bad guy who was picked up with handgun(s) and whatever rather than turning him over to U.S. authorities who were there and waiting to take him. See Calgary Herald/Jan 18/06.
In this case, thankfully the Calgary City Police were on top of things and the guy decided he was better off to go back to the U.S. on his own rather than hang around here.
It is not hard to guess at what might be the story of Kyba – he was probably moved from Calgary to Edmonton because of the publicity as regards the Calgary situation. He has made another abominable decision while in Edmonton.
It is time every single decision made by Kyba is open to public scrutiny. If the fed’s think he is such a wonderful employee, then please tranfer him to Ottawa – we don’t need/want these kinds of decisions in Alberta.
Further, it is time to put an end to this politically appointed body of 150 or so people collectively known as the Immigration Refugee Board Judges. Judges my ***. They are not much more than another group of patronage appointments made on the basis of political correctness/connections, not likely competence.

Members of the Jewish and Lebanese Christian communities in Windsor are outraged by the appearance of a billboard that appears to promote Hezbollah — an organization the Canadian government considers terrorist.
“That organization is banned in Canada,” said Harvey Kessler, executive director of the Windsor Jewish Community Centre. “How can that billboard be up in Windsor when it represents a terrorist organization which is banned under the laws of Canada?”
Located at the southwest corner of Marion Avenue and Wyandotte Street East, the billboard does not mention Hezbollah by name, but features a central image of Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the controversial political and military group that represents Lebanese Shia Muslims and has clashed with Israeli troops for more than 20 years.

Sorry, I just can’t leave this train of thought as is. I have a suggestion as to what the partnering billboard should be. One that has resonance with the objections to this one. A controversial figure who some consider a hero and others a terrorist. Who comes from a state that is either loved or hated. Here it is …. A bigger than life sized GW Bush stating “God Bless America : The Greatest Democracy on Earth”

  16. This neighbourhood in Windsor is almost completely taken over by peoples from the middle east. I used to live therein 1978 about two blocks from the billboard. Last summer I returned and was shocked by the change. It is a little slice of third world culture in Canada.

  18. New Scandal Erupts over NOAA Climate Data
Weather station data hidden from public; scientists allege government cover-up
The theory of global warming began to explain one simple set of factsm– surface temperature monitoring stations have shown a roughly one degree rise over the past century. But just where does these temperature readings come from? Most are reported by volunteer stations, usually no more than a thermometer inside a small wooden hut or below a roof overhang. In the US, 1,221 such stations exist, all administered by the National Climatic Data Center, a branch of the NOAA.
Two months ago, I reported on an effort to validate this network. A volunteer group headed by meteorologist Anthony Watts had found serious problems. Not only did sites fail to meet the NCDC’s requirements, but encroaching development had put many in ridiculously unsuitable locations — on hot black asphalt, next to trash burn barrels, beside heat exhaust vents, even attached to hot chimneys and above outdoor grills.
Soon thereafter, a Seattle radio station interviewed the head of the NCDC, Dr. Thomas Peterson, informed him of the effort and quizzed him about the problems. Three days later, the NCDC removed all website access to station site locations, citing “privacy concerns.” Without this data (which had been public for years), the validation effort was blocked. No more stations could be located.
Scientists were quick to respond. Climatologist Roger Pielke from the University of Colorado called the act a “coverup” and said it was designed to prevent public scrutiny. More shockingly, he revealed that researchers had been for years pressuring the government to validate the network themselves, and that the NCDC had begun to do j so, but cancelled the project and refused to make the data public, presumably to avoid this sort of scandal. Joined by Watts and others, Pielke called upon the government to recant.
The resulting furor forced the NCDC to again made site locations public. But so far, they’ve failed to address to root of the problem, which is the wholly unsatisfactory locations of many of their recording sites, loations which make the resulting data unreliable, and compromise a dataset upon which much of US energy and environmental policy is based…-

  20. “I feel “better judged by twelve than carried by six” and I would not hesitate in those conditions to blow said gang member right out of his shoes if I was “packing”.
    Jack: Criminal Gangs
Yesterday in Toronto I took my daughter and family out to lunch at a local “Super Mario’s” and as conversation progressed my daughters boyfriend (Kevin) became worried by what I was saying about gang violence in Toronto and my fears in regard to it.
The situation is much on my mind lately.
The matter of color came up (our waiter — a very good one — was black) and Kevin kept hissing at me.
    I “hissed back”. […]
    Let’s be honest here.
A gang took down the Twin Towers — a gang ran Iraq for years — a gang now resists Canada’s efforts in Afghanistan.
Gangs rape our daughters — gangs kill those who resist or fail to show respect.
Gangs (and those who support them because of “rights”) are a plague on all we value in our society.
I include in that group lawyers who choose to defend the indefensible. I could not do that as a practicing lawyer.
It would be a matter of principle.
Everywhere we look we see gangs (Mugabe) and we can do a lot to make our lives more peaceful if only we cut through the chaff and see that all such people are criminals – not “combatants”, not “lawful governments” — gangs.
And we can round them up and LOCK THEM UP for 20 years or so.
Our drug problems will go away — our murder rates will drop — and people will be able to sleep safe in the homes again.
Violent criminal gangs, be they local or international (as in governments), need to be dealt with but let’s not call this a war. Let’s call it a “police action” wherever it is needed.
It’s not rocket science and as I said in the earlier entry gang members will not come to Canada if they know beforehand that they could end up in jail for twenty years simply because they were “gang members”. The Hell’s Angels would be ancient history as they all ended up in the “slammer” and they join their fellow “gang members”.
After a bit of “re-education” they might get the hint.
Hezbolah may “bugger off” as they seek more fertile fields….-

Since when did what the vast majority of Canadians want have to do with anything? Sammy, I lived in downtown Montreal during the ice storm of 1998. While anarchy didn’t actually happen , it was nice to see the military presence “just in case”. Plus, they have vehicles that can ignore weather conditions in emergencies – that provided confidence and made people relax a bit given the situation.
