I’ve linked to this page in the past. In case you missed it, it features some fabulous photography by members of the US military. Just start here, and then go to the links at the bottom. It will probably take some time to load if you’re on a slower connection.

There sure are a lot of beautiful images there. Thanks, Kate.
Maybe we could all chip in and get Sean up there? đŸ™‚
Awesome ! Thanks Kate…
Thanks for the link. Wow….
Great pics! saw the Lethbridge airshow over the weekend….GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS!
The CF18 is aone of the world’s greatest wonders….and it was desinged and manufactured by eeeeeevil Americans.
Almost off topic but kind of relivant considering the subject of many of these pictures: A story today in the Mop & Pail is suggesting that Canada’s announcement of the purchase of Boeing C-17s is being delayed because of the lack of contracts for Quebec.
When will politicians buy the best for our troops without trying to see that everyone get’s a kickback, errr compensation? I had the priviledge of checking out the C-17 at Oshkosk the week before last and as an ex-herc tech, I can see that Canadian Armed Forces are getting a great machine. More over, it is something that has been sorely needed for a while. To screw up the deal over lack of poutine contracts is stupid.

Texas Canuck at August 6, 2007 3:21 PM
We still get the aircraft, it’s the contract announcement promised by Boeing that’s been delayed. I spoke with a pilot fiend of mine at CAD and he said the crews are trained and Trenton is ready for the delivery in August for the first one.
“an ex-herc tech”
“I had the priviledge of checking out the C-17 at Oshkosk the week before last”
Texas Canuck, apparently we have some common ground. Not only was I a tech and engineer on 130s, but I too was at Oshkosh on the Thursday and Friday of the show. A great deal of fun was had by all. Shame about the P-51s though, I left an hour before it happened.
Are you too an EAA member and are you building?
I have some RV-9 wings started in my garage and a set of Hatz CB1 plans for my next project (I think I can fit the Rotec R2800 on it).
this portfolio points out 2 things:
omnipresence of am. military in the world, and that many of the personnel are very good with the lens thing.
wheres the JUSTICE LEAGUE SATTLITE?
Con trails ….must be cold up there
