5. Too bad she was arrested and removed from Crawford. They should have left her and her idiot followers till the next day when tornado warnings were issued and Bush and family had to take cover. Cindy would have been left out to face the storm. The dems can promise anything they want, but it will not pass the senate, where 60 votes are needed, and they have 51, and one of those votes is still in serious condition in the hospital. Just think of the problems if all those democratic senators in their 80s and over, die this next year or so. Lots of them come from republican states, and would be replaced by republicans. Poor nancy. Who pays for all cindy’s travel and living expenses. Her son must be turning in his grave in embarrassment. Someone should tell her thousands of americans died in the world wars so she had her right to be stupid.

   See, I said back in October that it was a choice between terrible (Reps) and terriblest (Dems). The Dems wrassled control of the legislature, but if they want to retain it in 2008, they have to govern to the center – and they know it. So they have to keep their base of Cindy Sheehan-types happy while pleasing all the moderate-type voters they convinced to turn out to vote for them. It will be an interesting balancing act and it will be fascinating to watch and see if they can do it.

   All he did was be a good big-mouthed armchair Jihadist and now those infidel Brits actually arrested him and put him on trial for breaking their infidel law!
   I’d bet my last buck he’s not at all sorry at what he said, which he still fervently believes, but is very sorry that he actually goaded the lethargic and very PC British legal system into actually enforcing it’s law against inciting race hatred and murder.
   No doubt, he’d much rather be at home in comfortable obscurity, collecting British welfare benefits and hanging out with his Jihadi homies at the Beard of the Prophet Mosque…than be looking at maybe a few years in an infidel prison.
   (And what do you want to bet some lefty “human rights activist” law firm is defending him at public expense, trousering lots of taxpayer money???)

8. I take issue with the caption. She’s not a ‘peace activist’. She’s a passivist. ‘Peace’ depends on your worldview. I think our soldiers are peace activists. Others think Arafat was a peace activist. (‘Others’ are wrong mind you 🙂 )
