I’m hoping so too Trevor. But I don’t think we shoulda beat BC on the weekend 🙁 The 1st interception in the endzone was borderline pass interference…. And the second quarter might as well not have had our team on the field.

I am feeling optomisitc tho 🙂 The offence has been putting points on the board. And the Defence seems to be getting teh rust off and playing better.
We are gonna have a good year and be near the top even if we don’t win it all.

A gopher gun would result in a ten backyard penalty in my part of Calgary. Any other ideas that work when neighbours are only ten feet away?
I work in BC and after a week of getting hassled about the game, I posted this picture in the office with a little cartoon talk bubble over it saying “Ow my pride!”
This is good.
MartinB , have you tried to get a UN resolution telling the gophers to stay out of your yard?
Put handouts over the fence and feed them and they will stay put, in theory.
Martin B, when we were kids, we made snares out of binder twine(finer than baler twine) and then we would patiently wait with the snare looped around the hole. Man that was so long ago. I actually still have some binder twine balls.
