Why did you have to dig for it? Because it goes against the CBC’s mantra. The handicapped can’t fend forthemselves,they must be looked after by our nanny state. This just proves how wrong the nanny state is.And if the nanny state is wrong,a lot of trough-hogs are going to lose their jobs!Can’t have that know,can we!

RMR is someone I happen to watch if I lose my remote and am to lazy to look for it. But the March 14 episode had a couple good segments on it- IE-Ricks Rant check it out, even the CBC has to give Harper credit for the the Afgan. move. Check it out.
and we need Rick Mercer to tell us that PMSH was there? He is CBC’s main ‘reporter’?

While you rightly complain of a general lack of coverage in paralympics sledge hockey(wild game) are you not also committing the same offense?
What about ALL our Canadian paralympic athletes,especially the downhill skiers and curling teams.Believe their golds should be just as newsworthy….Canada kicks ass!!!
BTW,disappointed to see a thread supposedly created to celebrate the sledge hockey team’s gold already being morphed into yet another partisan whipping post…sigh
CO, I did a post on the paralympics a few days ago on my site covering off a few of the sports, I just didn’t crosspost it here. I missed the curling gold though (I knew they were in the running but didn’t twig that they won).
Brief post today at the old Blog on the Alberta Conservative Leadership race. In particular, some comments on two of the candidates, Western Seperatists Mark Norris and Ted Morton. If you are indeed serious about denouncing these separatists,as you claim,you must show at least a modicum of support for the party that has put this issue squarely on the back burner where it belongs.Quebec federalist voters could not have made a more clear statement with their shift to the Cons.
