Kate,
Unrelated topic.
Just saw the feature on your blog on CBC nice work. Maybe the MSM will eventually get it.
For those from the MSM that like to follow the blogging phenomenon, this is an interesting study:

Much luck and safe return, Dave. Thank you.
Good luck Dave! FYI, step kid was on Roto’s 13 & 9 or 10 in Bosnia. (RCD 12B?)
All the best Dave, stay safe!
We appreciate all that you do for us.
Godspeed and good hunting.

Dave..Godspeed..
it brings me back to the days where in some of the worlds worst hell holes,i lived and breathed fear almost every minute. Mine and others… my Father gave me his service pistol,a Walther,as a “back-up, just in case…” remember, these were the days where we were not allowed to place a loaded magazine in our weapons.Trust your instincts, and your comrades. That way,you will have many tales to tell when you come back…
Best of luck Dave! I wish you all the best in both successfully completing your mission and then coming home safely. We’re rooting for you and your buddies. THANK YOU for supporting democracy on our behalf.
All the best Dave. We appreciate your service to your country. Come home safe.

Good luck Dave. We are indebted to you and the rest of the military personnel more than most Canadians realize.
Thanks everyone. My comrades and I greatly appreciate your support. And I’ll try to make the blog a little more interesting once I get on the ground this weekend.
I signed up and commented on Dave’s blog.
God bless and Godspeed son.
While I’m waiting for a password, let me say Thanks to Dave, the rest of our troops and their families a most sincere thankyou for your sacrifices.
While watching Mike Duffy’s Countdown tonight I was dismayed to hear Liberal Senator Celine (?)-Payette take a swipe at Harper over what he will do in regards to IRAN (not to be confused with IRAQ). Maybe Martin’s been teaching her geography and Current Affairs?
What is it she doesn’t understand about Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his actions/words?
Dear Senator;
I saw your interview with Mike Duffy on CTV’s Countdown tonight and wanted you to know how un-proffessional your comments were regarding IRAN.
Here is a News item you should be aware of. Also a blog link to one of our troops who, IS, worried about Iran:
